Dancing With The Stars: All Star Dancers Announced

The cast of DWTS All Stars has been revealed! There's been a lot of speculation as to which celebrities would be coming back for the All Star season.

The list includes: A LOT of winners, a few runner ups, a couple of third place finishers, a rather unconventional sixth place finisher and a dancer to be decided by America.

Can I just say how EXCITED I am about most of these All Stars! I was worried that there would be a lot of annoying people who finished higher than they should have in their season. I am pleasantly surprised to see that most of these celebrities truly are some of the best. It is going to be so exciting to see them competing against each other. It's hard to think of some of the good ones who aren't here: Mario Lopez, Mel B, Kristi Yamaguchi, Evan Lysacek, and so many more! But, this is a great group.

The pros have not been named yet, but what we do know is that not everyone will get to dance with their original partner, as some of the celebrities had the same partner (Cheryl: Drew, Emmitt and Gilles; Julianne: Apolo and Helio; Mark: Shawn, Bristol and possibly Sabrina). Now, it doesn't seem quite fair that some would get their old partner and some wouldn't. I'm guessing that everyone will have to dance with a different partner. That will make things quite interesting. But, we won't know until they name the pros.

I am going to have a tough time this season, because almost all of them were favorites in their season.

Here's how I break them down:

Love, Love, Love: Apolo, Drew, Emmitt

Love: Helio, Melissa, Joey, Shawn, Gilles

Wish someone else was on the show instead of them: Kelly, Kirstie, Pamela, Bristol

Of the 3 possible returnees, Kyle is probably the most likely to return. He finished the highest of the 3 and is very likable. The most deserving could be Sabrina. Her elimination so early in her season has been talked about in just about every season following. I think there will probably be a lot of people who will want to see her get her chance at redemption. As for Carson, he would be the “fun” pick. He obviously doesn't have the skills, but he brings a lot of entertainment. We will find out who America has chosen on August 27.

The new season starts on September 24. Can't wait!
