Project Runway, Ep. 10.11

The Challenge:

Create a look for Heidi's Truly Scrumptious baby collection. I love everyone's reaction! Dmitry said it's like designing for a cat...haha!

New twist! Not only do they have to design for a baby, they also have to take care of a life-like baby! They will have to feed, change and rock their crying babies! Oh my gosh...best. challenge. ever!

Fabio said he used to be a babysitter...what?! He's really into his baby. I love Dmitry's quote: "It's not real Fabio, leave it alone."

Chris has the "demon spawn of Satan" lol!

Heidi pays a visit and she gives them another twist: create a companion outfit for the baby's mom! Yikes!

The Runway

Fabio
Cute, but a little too simple. I like the Mom's outfit better.

Melissa
I like the face on the back. The Mom's shirt is cute.

Dmitry
The kid looks like he's a red crayon (Nina said the same thing!). The car on the front makes it look a little dated and old fashioned. The hood is too pointy. At the panel he shows that the hood unzips to make it look like a cape...that's cool!

Sonjia
That kid is stylin'. I really like the Mom's look.

Chris
That girl looks adorable. The headband is really cute. I have to agree with the Mom though...I hate the fabric he used for her.

Elena
Hers actually turned out really cute. I like the little blazer. The Mom's look is really nice.

The Winners: Sonjia (boy) and Chris (girl)
Auf Wiedersehen: Elena

The Next: Semi-finals

The top vote-getter from tonight will move on to the finals.

Krystle Cruz (Nelly)
I'm still not a fan. The background music is drowning her out. She is totally out of breath at the end, and she's really just shouting the song. I'm glad the coaches knew that it wasn't very good.

Ali Brustofski (Gloria)
Unlike Krystle...great sing choice. She killed it!

Jordan Baird (Joe)
Nice song choice as well. He's a little flat at first, but he found his rhythm. He is just so good looking! Love him!

Ashley Kimbrae (Nelly)
She's the real deal. I hated the musical arrangement and background vocals...it was just so distracting. Once you got past the annoying "wide awake" track on constant repeat in the background, her performance was really good.

Iliana (Gloria)
What a great performance. I don't think she missed a note. I really liked it and her very much.

Michael Ray (John)
I forgot how hot this guy was! I hate country, but I love this guy! He is so talented! He sounds like he should be on the radio right now. John thinks he's the man to beat. Nelly thinks he's the --it. Haha

The 7th performance comes from the one singer who got voted back by the public. There were quite a few that I would have liked to see come back. The winner is:

Cori Yarckin (Gloria)
She rocked that song! It was a little too much like the original, but it was still really awesome!

X Factor, Ep. 2.5

Trevor Moran, pt. 2
Ok, did not expect him to be singing LMFAO. So, he's part joke and part serious. I think he actually has some talent, but his personality is what really wins over the crowd and the judges.

Owen Stewart
What is with all the really cute, way too young guys? Of course he is amazing! Oh my gosh, he's GOOD! I'm a fan! He didn't wow Britney...really? What's wrong with her?

Freddy Combs
Has lost 400 lb! He's a minister! He's full of surprises. The voice that came out of him was totally unexpected. What an inspiring and heartfelt story.

Lauren Jauregui
Oh my, another talented youngin'. Such a deep, soulful voice.

Jordyn Foley
What an annoying little girl! Simon's worried before she says anything. Haha says that he hopes she's not singing Annie. Well, she is. He says he's allergic to "Tomorrow"...haha She definitely can sing and perform but so nasaly and annoying. I'm with Simon: "I hate it."

X Factor, Ep. 2.4

Adonis  & John
Funny Greeks! Yikes... Why was John even there? "Yeah", "Come on"...that was it. While Adonis "murdered the song" according to Simon.

Dinah Jane Hansen
15 years old! She looks like she's at least 20. And she sounds like she should be even older than that! Her voice sounds so mature. She needs to work on the really low notes, but boy when it gets into a more normal register, she's amazing. I think she sang the song as good or better than Beyonce! Wow, LA actually said the same thing!

Arin Ray
He got put in the group Intensity last season. He's good and took a risk with doing his own song. It was decent, but I've heard stronger voices.

Natalie Martin
She's cute and really good!

Nick Perrelli
What a joke! I really thought he was joking. I thought it was terrible. Boy was I wrong apparently! The judges thought he was the best thing since sliced bread. I don't get that at all!

Beatrice Miller
Very young, but she has potential. I didn't think she was outstanding.

One4Five
I don't even know what to say about them. I wasn't impressed, but I guess it's just because I don't like rap.

Changi Li
Yowza! She can barely speak English, and she's dressed like a sailor. There's no way she's any good. And she says she's 52! She looks like she's 18! Never heard "My Heart Will Go On" sung quite like that. It was quite painful. I understood maybe 3 words of it. And then she just wouldn't stop!

Austin Corini
So cute, 2 girls ask him to sign their arms because they think he's really cute. Holy crap this kid is good! And he's only 16! Wow, I'm a fan already. He has amazing stage presence. Those girls are just going to eat him up!

Nick Youngerman
Ice Ice Baby...it was nice, nice baby! Loved him! And he's from Ohio! Great song and he kind of added his own twist to it.

Jamie (duo)
They are just way too disgustingly in love with each other...get a room, my goodness! They aren't horrible, but they probably shouldn't have done an original song. I didn't think they were as bad as the judges thought.

David Correy
He's really good. He looks like Travie McCoy and he sounds like Bruno Mars.

Tara Simon
Wow, she really thinks highly of herself. She thinks she's a celebrity! The more they show of her, the crazier she gets. For a vocal coach/teacher, she is NOT very good. Why on earth is she singing so low? That just sounds weird! Way too many crazy runs, crazy lady! Yikes, the judges like it! Wow, can't believe they liked it.

Sophie Tweed-Simmons
Daughter of Gene Simmons. She is gorgeous...how did that happen? Oh my, she's good! I really like her voice. It's very different, I don't think I've ever heard anything quite like it. Wow, the judges are being kind of hard on her.

Daryl Black
He's a funny guy. He doesn't look old enough to have 5 kids. He completely changed "Stereohearts". It's a little too slow, but there's no denying he has an amazing voice. So silky smooth.

Trevor Moran
He's got quite the personality for such a young kid. How do you go from dancing around one minute, to an hour later, sick and curled up on the floor. He was so pale. How dare they keep us wondering whether he lives or dies...

Survivor, Ep. 25.2

Rain, rain and more rain. It's gotta suck!

And hidden immunity idol #1 goes to Penner! Smart observation of the clue and figuring it out.
I didn't know he was that smart.

Rule #1 in Survivor: don't get caught partnering up! Of course, I peg Malcolm as a favorite last week, and this week he's caught cuddling with Angie, which makes them instant targets.

I wish Tandang would leave Lisa alone! They have her all wrong. I hope their tribe doesn't lose so she has some more time to try to connect with them.

It seems like each tribe has someone who's having a meltdown. Lisa is having a moment on Tandang. On Matsing, it's Roxy.  Who's gonna crack on Kalabaw?

I'm really starting to worry about Skupin. He is seriously going to be leaving in a body bag this time if he doesn't start being more careful. You would think that a player who was coming back because the first time they played, they had to leave because of an INJURY, that you would be just a little more careful not to kill yourself. His tribe color is yellow not red, but he seems to insist on adorning his body with red...and not with paint.

Challenge: reward and immunity

I like that they are actually showing the tribes strategize before the challenge.

Matsing really needs to get their act together. Russell has been a key factor in them losing. If they are keeping him to help with physical challenges: IT ISN'T WORKING! He is obviously a terrible leader, and he's an even worse leader when he thinks he's being a follower, when actually, he's still "leading".

Thanks to Malcolm, he single-handedly got Matsing back in the game, but it still wasn't enough.

With Lisa's excellent puzzle calling, Tandang came in first, which means Lisa will be safe. And, surprise, surprise, Matsing loses again. They will now be down 2 people! Russell's little speech after their loss isn't going to win him any friends. The only thing that he has going for him is that the tribe wants to break up the "couple".

Tribal Council

OMG! Jeff asks if you could change one thing about the tribe. Angie's answer? "Cookies." Jeff's face was priceless! And what's even worse? She didn't even seem to think there was anything wrong with her answer, even after Jeff and the whole tribe laughed at her.

Great quote from Roxy. She said from day one, Angie was a booby trap. Now THAT is a good one!! Lol She's not doing much to help herself right now. It is a tough choice between Angie and Roxie, but I still think Russell's name should be in the mix. He's bringing you down!

The tribe has spoken, and Roxy is sent packing! I really thought it was going to be Angie. Hopefully that was a wake-up call for the canoodlers.

The Voice, Ep. 3.7: Blind Auditions

Sylvia Yacoub
She's from Egypt! She's got a good voice but she's doing way too many runs. She isn't quite on point in a couple places. I've heard better. Of course Christina would pick her. Props to Adam for not turning around.

IJ Quinn
He talks so high! He sounds like he just sucked helium out of a balloon! Jamiroquai's "Virtual Insanity" is the perfect song for that voice. He's not great though. His voice kept cracking, especially at the end. Maybe next year. Poor guy, they all thought he was a girl.

Charlie Rey
I'll just say what all the girls in the audience were screaming about...he's cute! And yes, he can sing too! Yay, Blake turned around and then Adam too! I think he would be a good fit for either team.

Amanda Brown
She's a background singer who should probably stay in the background. I didn't find her outstanding in any way. Nice job Cee Lo for picking another mediocre singer.

Yolanda Barber
Right away she has a strike against her with me...the song...I've always hated it. She may be 55 but, she doesn't need to sing so old fashioned. This is 2012 and it's mostly a pop competition. She's good, but she doesn't really fit into this type of competition.

Cassadee Pope
My girl! I love her! I've listened to her group, Hey Monday, for several years and I LOVE her and them. I was so sad when they got dropped by their label, and have now broken up. And even though I don't really think it's fair for people who have had record deals and some minor success to be competing with people who haven't (their song "Candles" was covered on Glee for goodness sake!)...I am still super excited for her!

I've always thought that she has such a pure voice and it's just so pitch-perfect. And she is so beautiful! I will say, tonight, it seemed like she was a bit nervous and I did hear a few pitch issues, which is so unlike her. I know she has what it takes to win it all, and I'm totally rooting for her! I love that Adam and Blake turned around for her right away. Even though she had some issues, the judges obviously saw her potential. I would have loved for her to have picked Adam, but Blake is just as good of a choice, so still happy!

The Voice, Ep. 3.6: Blind Auditions

Michelle Brooks Thompson
Wow, she is really good. She has got a really big, strong and controlled voice. Kind of surprised she went with Adam, I expected her to go with Christina.

Diego Val
He has a very tough story with a very happy and positive message! Love the song choice, and I'm a sucker for a guy playing a guitar. He's got a really cool vibe, I really like him. Someone turn around! I can't believe only Cee Lo turned around, but at least he's on the show.

Lauren Brooke
She is beautiful and has a good voice, but she had quite a few issues with pitch. She was flat more than a couple times, and as a result, no one turned around.

Suzanna Choffel
She has a very different, raspy voice. It's kind of cool though. She has a tough choice between Adam and Blake, and I don't think she could go wrong with either. Blake is the lucky coach.

Dez Duron
Hopefully this season someone picks him! As soon as Blake turned around, he knew who he was. I wish he would have picked a better song, but it doesn't matter because he has a very good, unique voice. I love that Blake has a little man crush on him. Darn it, he picked Christina.

VJ
Risky move to sing a Cee Lo song. He's good! A little too much of going from low to falsetto. Too bad, no one picked him. Like Blake said, another song would have suited him better. If nothing else, he got to sing a duet with Cee Lo.

Alexis Marceaux
She lost her house in Hurricane Katrina...so sad. She started out a bit rocky, but it got better. Her look didn't really match the song style or her voice. She wasn't outstanding, so that's probably why Cee Lo was the only one to turn around.

Brandon Mahone
He's very good, but he doesn't blow me away for some reason. Maybe it's because I don't know the song. I'm kind of bummed that he picked Adam. I think Adam can do better than him. I think there are so many better, more memorable singers.

Jeffrey James
I can't believe no one turned around for this guy! He was amazingly talented. It doesn't matter that they wished they had turned around...it's too late! Poor guy.

Jordan Pruitt
She was a Disney star. Seems like she's had quite a career already, not sure why she needs The Voice. She says she wants to sing more mature songs, but her voice is so young sounding. I don't really think she's that great. Nice job for picking her Christina.

Terisa Griffin
She was definitely good, but I wasn't completely blown away. She has quite a personality. Good luck with her, Blake!

Dancing With The Stars, Ep. 15.1

I'm so incredibly excited about this season of All-Stars! When they said they were doing an All-Star season, I thought there might be a couple good ones, but they would also bring back annoying people who stayed much longer than they should have, like Marie Osmond, Cloris Leachman, Nancy Grace and Gladys Knight. Congratulations to the casting department for bringing back the best of the best (with only a few exceptions-Bristol, Pamela).

Joey and Kym
Love Joey. He always brings so much energy and good technique as well.
20.5
(That's way too low! But, I guess they can't start them all out with 10s right away.)

Shawn and Derek
She's so funny...she feels like she's cheating on Mark! She has an awesome partner in Derek, though! They make an awesome couple. Both have won before, so they are going to be tough competition.
22

Sabrina and Louis
She might have been a contender with her old partner, Mark. I don't see her going too far with Louis. It's nice to see the house band can still murder a good song. She's still as good as she was back then. The crowd went nuts!
22.5

Helio and Chelsie
He's still just as funny as ever! He is one smooth cat! Even though he doesn't have the same partner, he couldn't have gotten any closer with Chelsie.
21.5

Pamela and Tristan
Pamela looks like the disco ball trophy! Is it just be, or did her boobs get bigger again? She's good, but as I remembered her from last time, she's still too stiff. She just isn't up to the level of just about everyone else on the show. Her days are numbered.
17

Melissa and Tony
She's such a natural. And she is so dang gorgeous!
21

Apolo and Karina
I think out of all my favorites this season (and let's just face it, that inludes just about everyone except Kirstie, Pamela, Bristol and Sabrina), I think Apolo is my favorite-favorite. You have to think this guy is a favorite to win: he won Season 4, he's won 8 Olympic gold medals, and last time he was on, he was training for both things at once! This time, he's focussed! Look out everyone!

Now for the routine: love the outfits, high energy and fun, fun, fun! He's just so talented (and it doesn't hurt that he's nice to look at too).
22
(What? Where were the 8s and 9s?)

Gilles and Peta
Can you say "hot"? He's got charm and he's got grace and technique...quite the combo.
24

Bristol and Mark
I feel bad for Mark, I wish someone else (like Louis) could have been stuck with her. I hope the heavy-hitting winners send her packing back to Alaska asap. I must say, she appears to be more loose than last time. She used to be so stiff and awkward when she tried to shake. Not bad, but I'll never be a fan.
19.5

Drew and Ana
Love Drew! It's so great to see him back on the floor again. I wasn't sure how it would be having him paired with Ana, but I think they compliment each other well.
21.5

Kelly and Val
I think they make a very good couple. Maybe she can help Val make it more than a couple weeks. It's been 7 years, but she looks exactly the same and is still quite talented. I didn't know how she would compare to the more recent winners, but she looks like she's ready to put up a fight!
21.5

Kirstie and Maks
Kirstie's lucky she got Maks again, I don't know if anyone else could handle her. Again, she surprises by being better than you would think she would be. I still don't think she's up to par with everyone else, but she is fun to watch.
19

Emmitt and Cheryl
Welcome back dear Emmitt, aka Twinkle Toes! Get down with your bad self! He doesn't look like he's lost a step since Season 3. I just love watching him, he just looks like he's having so much fun!
24.5

This season is just going to be insane! Everyone is so good! I thinks it's going to come down to who has the most fan votes.

The Next: Los Angeles

Los Angeles is the sixth and last audition city. So, next week will be the semi-finals. A seventh singer (from any city) as chosen by America, will be joining the six winners.

Angela Mukul--Gloria Estefan
She sings Lady Gaga's "You and I". She's not terrible, but I just don't buy her. She seems really fake. I don't see her as being a legitimate contender or ever having a career in the music industry.

Tilky Jones--John Rich
He's an ex-boybander from the group Take 5. Another ex-boybander is making the rounds of singing reality shows this season. He sings Andy Grammer's "Fine By Me". He's a good-looking guy and he's got a lot of talent. I love that he plays the guitar, too. I really like him! (I just hope he has a shot coming out of the #2 performing spot.)

Jeremy Crooks--Joe Jonas
He sings "DJ Got Us Falling In Love" by Usher. He's pretty good. He needs to work on his phrasing and not getting out of breath doing the dance moves.

Krystle Cruz--Nelly
She sings "Mama Knows Best" by Jessie J. She is definitely the most dynamic singer of the night...by far! She's got a lot of power. I don't know if she's the best singer, but she's the most confident and loudest of the night, so I think she's got the win in the bag...and it doesn't hurt that she's singing last.

The winner: Krystle

Project Runway, Ep. 10.10

Challenge: design a look for the Rockettes that is versatile enough to be worn year round.

The Runway

Dmitry
Very futuristic looking. I think it's a little too much skin showing for the Rockettes though. I like it. The colors are really cool and it's very well made and fits the model extremely well.
9

Melissa
I don't like the pointy top. The shapes just don't seem to make much sense. She kind of looks like she belongs on the Flintstones.
6

Ven
It's a nice outfit, but it's not a dance outfit or a showstopper. It's very, very dull and boring. I really hope he's in the bottom. Tim criticized his piece and when given a chance to go back to Mood, he stayed behind.
6

Elena
It's definitely really shiny! I think you could see it from a mile away. It looks like a cross between a high school majorette and an Egyptian costume.
7

Christopher
I love the idea of making the New York skyline, but the light silver fabric makes it very hard to see from a distance. His model looks ill. She has extremely pale skin and this light fabric plus the sheer, see-through hose almost disappears on her. It doesn't do anything for her at all. It makes her look like some sort of ice princess. I can't imagine the Rockettes wearing this.
6

Sonjia
Hers is by far the most different. I like the shiny purple and the purple feathers are kind of cool. However, she looks more like a cheerleader or a bird than a Rockette.
7

Fabio
His outfit looks more like armor than a dance costume. I don't get it at all.
6

Top 3: Dmitry, Christopher, Melissa
Bottom 3: Sonjia, Ven, Elena

The Winner: Christopher
Auf Wiedersehen: Ven!

That's a shocker! I'm really surprised that Elena made it longer than he did. I was really ready to see him and his overinflated ego go.

The Next: Dallas

Erica Perry--John Rich
She sings "Redneck Woman". I really like her voice. She sounds like she should be on the radio. Her voice is just really clean and pure.

Jordana--Joe Jonas
She sings Pink's "So What". Just judging by her video package, I was definitely not buying into her at all. Her performance was much better, though. She's definitely different than anyone we've seen so far in this competition.

Remington--Gloria Estefan
He sings Maroon 5's "Stutter". He's got a very unique sound, but I really like it!

Ashley Kimbrae--Nelly
She sings Jessie J's "Price Tag". She's good, but nothing outstanding. She's performing last, so she might win. There seems to be a theme that whoever performs third or fourth wins.

The winner: Ashley (see what I mean? The others weren't strong enough, so she was the last one the audience remembered.)

X Factor, Ep. 2.4: Auditions

Willie Jones--he comes out looking like Will Smith:the fresh prince of bel-air, and then...country music starts playing. Oh the look on Simon's face was classic! And to top it all off the song is Scotty McCreary's audition song: "Baby lock the doors and turn the lights down low..." Haha! Very interesting combination and it wasn't half bad. They liked him a lot more than I did.

Kalvin McManigle--I think there should be a rule: no teeth, no audition! When you got no teeth, there ain't no way we gonna understand ya buddy!

Julia Bolluck--she's very different and original. I like her tone. "Pumped up Kicks" is a tough song to sound good on and not sound corny, and she definitely pulled it off.

Krysten Colon--she's ok, not great. The judges ask her to go pick another somg and come back. I would have just said "no". Attempt #2: still not that strong...there's been many, many better songers. She needs some lessons and then maybe she could come back next year. Scratch that...she also needs an attitude adjustment. If you're going to work in the entertainment indistry, you need to be able to handle rejection.

Jeffrey Gutt--risky choice singing the ever popular "Hallelujah". It starts out a little rough, but he really starts to get some rasp and grit in his voice and he was hitting some high notes. Wow, he even changed the song up to make it original. I LOVED IT! He is truly an artist. That was just beautiful! He sang with a lot of emotion and it was truly touching. And his son is so darn cute!

X Factor, Ep. 2.3: Auditions

Rizzloe Jones--what kind of name is that? Strange kid, that one. The new Vanilla Ice? The kid's got some talent...it's gotta be tough to freestyle. You could tell at first the judges were quite skeptical, but by the end, the crowd was going nuts.

CeCe Frey--she thinks she's a leopard apparently, judging by the bizarre face paint. She's got a lot of confidence, but her first song, "Unchained Melody" was just weird. The low notes were off-pitch and shaky. They stop her immediately and ask for something else. She sings a much more suiting, Christina Aguilera, and it was sooo much better. She was actually good! She was a completely different singer!

Vino Alan--holy crap! I did not expect a soulful sound out of the guy with tattoos all over his head! He was amazing!

Deangelo Wallace--wow, what an annoying guy. Obviously, before he sings, we know he's going to be horrible. It was just painful. The judges all just got up and walked out! And nothing will gain you fans more than saying the judges worship the devil and then steal the $3,000 microphone. Yeah, nice move buddy.

Tate Stevens--he's a funny guy! I'm not a country fan by any means, but he is definitely an amazing singer!

Citizen--3 out of 5 of them are really hot! They're singing En Vogue...should be interesting. Nice moves and they can sing too! Simon looks rather annoyed and bored. LA on the other hand is totally into them and getting his groove on. The girls obviously love them. Simon said "no" but it doesn't matter because they got 3 "yeses".

Diamond White--sounds like a stage name. She is this year's Rachel Crow. She has a very similar poor family situation, she's got a similar personality (not quite as bubbly and energetic). She's about the same age and she's got a powerful voice that doesn't look like it should come out of that body. Her speaking voice is so squeaky and high-pitched, but her singing voice is low, deep and powerful.

Ally Brooke--she doesn't quite have it. She's got a lot of potential, but there's just something missing. Her voice is decent, but I've heard better. Part of the problem is that she was starting to cry. What's up with her continuing after the music stops? They can't get her to stop! I'm not sure why they thought she was so good.

Brandon Hasson--another surprising voice coming out of this kid! Wow!

Sister C--wow! Those sisters are so good! The groups this year are all so much better than any of the groups last year!

Panda Ross--straight out of the hospital suffering from pneumonia. Large lady, large personality, large manly voice. Manly as it might be, it was good! Too bad, she had to be rushed back to the hospital. She probably shouldn't have been running and jumping around. But she did make it through.

Jessica Espinoza--she's got a very different tone. She really dug down deep and brought it!

Big Brother, Ep. 14.28: The Finale

It's finale night! I can't wait to see what happens!

1st round HOH:
It is revealed that 15 minutes before voting Shane out, Dan got Ian to promise to throw round 1 of the HOH. And as promised, Ian falls. Dan then convinces Danielle to also throw the first round. Are you kidding me? How many times Danielle, how many times? You're just handing Dan the game.

2nd round HOH: Danielle vs Ian
Ian edges out Danielle by a little more than a minute. Uh oh.

Dan celebrates when Ian wins, which makes Danielle think he's working with Ian and not her. Danielle tells Ian that if he takes Dan to the finsls, she will make sure that no one on the jury votes for him. Ian doesn't know what to say other than he doesn't respond to threats. In private, he tells Dan to behave himself because he doesn't want to have to deal with Danielle. Dan is happy with himself because he's very close to getting Ian to throw him the last and final round of HOH.

I have to be honest, at this point I'm totally lost as to what Dan is doing! I never know who he's actually telling the truth to, if he's even telling anyone the truth. He's telling people to throw it, he's telling people to pretend their mad..I have no idea what's going on!

3rd round HOH: Dan vs Ian
Weird side note-as Dan and Ian sit with their names in front of them, I realize that their names are identical except for the first letter. Even weirder: Dan and Danielle--same name, different gender.

Ian wins 5-2! Wow. I think Danielle might be screwed. Ian hasn't shown any interest in taking Danielle to the finals. His only final 2 deal is with Dan.

Ian honors his word to Dan and evicts Danielle.

How will the jury vote? I have a feeling Dan could come away with the win. Juries tend to look past "mean" gameplay and see it as strategic and worthy of the win.

Questions from the jury:
Ian needs a new answer...you can't answer every question with "I had to take my fate into my own hands".

The last dupe of the season: Danielle asks Dan if he would have taken her, he says yes because she was his player. Ian says he didn't know they had a final 2 deal and that Dan gave Ian his grandfather's gold cross as collateral that their deal was legitimate. Me thinks Dan threw the final round of the HOH, knowing Ian would take him. Me thinks Dan just told ANOTHER lie (which can't be proven) to try to regain Danielle's trust for the millionth time. The aftermath of this last dupe? Ian's pissed that he believed Dan and Danielle sports her beyond shocked face just like when Shane was evicted.

I still have no idea how the votes are going to go. Shane and Frank are obviously still bitter. Danielle will probably fall for Dan's lie...again. I'm pretty sure Britney is voting for Dan. The others? Not really sure.

The final pleas: Ian relied on statistics and calling out Dan. Dan, again laid it on real thick. He talks such a good game. That's why everyone falls for it..every time! As many awful things as he did, he still manages to justify everything so legitimately, so you believe every word he says. I know for me, when he's done talking, I always say to myself "that makes total sense!"

One of THE BEST quotes of the night,  Wil: "This is Big Brother, don't hold a grudge against the person lying to you. Take some responsibilty, you fell for it, so be mad at yourself." Exactly!

The Votes for the Winner of BB14, and $500,000: Ian!

Dan wins $50,000 for 2nd place (not too shabby).

Danielle--Dan
Shane--Ian
Jenn--Ian
Joe--Ian
Frank--Ian
Britney--Ian
Ashley--Ian

I said from the beginning that I thought Ian could win it all, and people laughed at me and thought I was crazy! Ha!

I'm shocked that Britney voted for Ian. She praised Dan so much and really stood up for him when Frank was attacking him, I thought for sure her vote would be for him.

America's Favorite Houseguest, and winner of $25,000: Frank!

Gotta say, this season was awesome-so much fun! Great characters, lots of blindsides...couldn't have asked for more. Thanks BB!

Survivor, Ep. 25.1

I'm so excited for Survivor! Here we go!

Right off the bat, the 3 tribes welcome the 3 returning Survivors: Russell Swan, Michael Skupin and Jonathan Penner.

The tribes:
Matsing (blue)-Russell
Tandang (yellow)-Michael
Kalabaw (red)-Jonathan

Each tribe has to gather as much supplies and food as they can. How ironic, the returning Survivors were chosen because they had to leave the game for medical reasons, and within the first 10 minutes, Jeff Kent has his knee pop as he's trying to save some of their supplies. He's really worried that he did some damage to it. I sure hope he stays, I really want to see how he plays the game.

Russell immediately tells his tribe that he does not want to be thr leader. He even goes so far as to say he can't wait to see who's stupid enough to step up and say they want to be the leader because he will laugh as they crash and burn. Cut to Russell giving orders as to how the shelter should be built, when they should take a break, etc. Everyone says that he is clearly trying to lead, whether he says he is or not. The joke might be on him.

It's time to try fire and Malcolm says he lived in Micronesia for a year teaching ESL. Aww...how cute is he?!

On Kalabaw, some are figuring out who Jeff Kent is...that could be bad news for him.

On team Tandang, Michael knows who Lisa is, but some of the youngin's, don't seem to. However, some of them are skeptical about her motives.

Michael needs to be careful...he's getting cuts and scrapes like theyre nothing. Back in reality, they are nothing, but in the wild, that can lead to infection quickly. You would hsve thought he would have learned his lesson the first time around.

So far, Jonathan is the only person visibly looking for the hidden immunity idol. He finds a clue in the rice. Meanwhile, Russell just happens upon their clue. He doesn't realize someone saw him, and then he gets caught "lying" and saying he would vote someone off if he knew they were looking for an idol.

In the challenge, Russell, again takes the lead and tells people what role they should play. He's an idiot if he thinks he's sitting back and letting others lead.

Team Russell, aka Matsing, comes in last. It doesn't look good for him. But wait, Zane is basically falling on his sword because he didn't perform well in the challenge. Everyone begs him to stay so they can blindside Russell. The only problem is, they all think Russell might have found the idol.

Tribal Council: Zane gets 4 votes and he's out. He might have been weak, but obviously Russell isn't that good of a leader, so it really could have gone either way. I think if Zane hadn't offered himself as the scapegoat, he probably wouldn't have gone home. I think by doing so, it really did look like he was giving up, so I can see why they wouldn't want to keep him around.

Next week's preview: it doesn't look good for Lisa.

So You Think You Can Dance, Ep. 9.15: The Finale

The 2 hour episode, comprised of the judges each choosing their favorite dances, and the 4 finalists each chose their favorite dances.

Finally, the winners were announced: SPOILER ALERT!

Eliana and Chehon

Are you kidding me? I really, really wanted Cyrus to win! I can't believe he didn't get the votes...he was NEVER in the bottom! The judges had to save Chehon, or he wouldn't have even been there. Oh well, there were so many amazing dancers this year, and really, any of them could have won any other season.

The Voice, Ep. 3.5: Blind Auditions

Collin McLoughlin-Holy crap! This guy is really, really, really good! It didn't take the judges long to turn around. I'd say he made a good choice dropping out of school! Again Christina decides to sit out on a good talent to let the boys fight over him. And he's 2 for 2 with good decisions as he chooses Adam! Woohoo!

Joselyn Rivera-what a pretty girl. I think she's good, but the performance seemed a little bit weak. Even though it was a powerful song, it seemed like there could have been more. Not a surprise, she chose Christina over Blake.

Benji-he does not look like that should be his voice! It is so different! But I like it! He is very unique, and I think he's really got something special. Kind of a strange scream at the end, though. And Adam picks up another steal! Seriously, Adam is putting together one heck of a team again this season!

Lorraine Ferro-wow, could she be any more annoying? Geez, take a chill pill lady. I really, really, really hope no one turns around. She has way too much rasp in her voice...doesn't really work for me. Thank you judges for not turning around.

Mycle Wastman-he does not look 40! He has a really smooth voice. And like he said, he really doesn't sound anything like he looks. He's got quite a range. And AGAIN Christina is the only one to not turn around. I guess it's because he's a guy. Heaven forbid she have a guy on her team.

The Voice, Ep. 3.4: Blind Auditions

Melanie Martinez-very strange and unique girl. I don't know if I like her or not. The judges really love her, though. I appreciate the originality of the way she changed the Britney Spears "Toxic" song. Plus she played guitar and the tambourine with her feet!

Cupid-not really a fan. I don't know why his song went viral. I think he's got a good voice, but he's not memorable. Apparently the coaches thought the same...no one turned around.

Brian Scartocci-1 strike...I hate the song "Isn't She Lovely". I think he screams a little too much. The song didn't really call for that, so it just seemed too overdone. Hoping he goes to Cee Lo's team. He said going in that that's who he was going to ho with...but he chooses Adam. I don't see him going very far. He seems like a nice guy though.

Beat Frequency (duo)-the girl starts and she's quite shaky. The guy comes in and their harmony is not great. When he sings by himself, he's good, but I do not like them together. If anyone was going to turn around, I'm glad Christina was the only one. Adam and Blake did not need them on their team.

Tyler Lillestol-he does not look like he should have that soulful R&B sound. Very interesting. I think he's pretty good...but no one turns around. I'm kind of surprised, I thought at least one would.

Liz Davis-why do I know her? I feel like she was on another singing show. Sure enough, a little research and I am correct. Not only was she on MTV's "Starmaker", but she won it! Apparently, even P. Diddy's show wasn't enough to make her a star. No surprise, she chooses Blake. I'm going to just say it...she should not be allowed to compete. It's one thing to appear on more than one show, but to already win? That should disqualify you automatically. You had a chance already, give others a chance.

JR Aquino-he's ok, but not great. Not sure how he has millions of followers on YouTube. His nerves got the best of him and he was very shaky. Adam, why did you turn around at the last second? Thank you Cee Lo for saving Adam, so he can have better singers!

Agina Alvarez-whoa! Where did that huge voice come from? She had a record deal before, and no one turned around. Ouch.

Nicholas David-Yuck! Not a fan of his look at all! Lose the beard. Strange look, strange voice. He'll be perfect for Cee Lo, who turned around first. Hopefully, he'll be the only one. Whew!

Alessandra Guercio-she is really pretty! Beautiful voice! Yes, Adam turns around! Darn, Cee Lo turned around at the last second. And Adam is the winner! She definitely wasn't perfect and showed some nerves, but I think she can get better.

Avery Wilson-following the mold of the first 2 winners of The Voice, this guy has a lot of potential to do well...and he is only 16! He was very good. I like him a lot. Good luck nabbing this gem Adam or Blake! But he chooses Cee Lo? What?

American Idol Judges, Season 12-It's Official!

Today, we can now put to rest all of the rumors and speculation as to who will make up Season 12 judging panel. The names were officially released today:

Randy Jackson--unfortunately, in the final hour, he was put back on the panel. It was rumored that he was going to take a step back and transition into a mentoring role. It was only when the deal fell through with Enrique Iglesias, that they decided to put Randy back as a judge (are you freaking kidding me? Enrique would have been awesome!). I'm bummed! I really thought we were rid of him finally! He's pretty much useless.

Mariah Carey--I don't really know what to expect from her. We already know that she's a diva, and she will be bringing in the biggest paycheck (by a lot!).  With her experience in the industry, you would think she would offer some great insight, but only time will tell. It will be interesting to see how she interacts with Nicki Minaj, since Mariah was "promised" that she would be the only female on the panel.

Nicki Minaj--my only reaction is "Really? Really?" I don't think she's a good singer. I don't think she has enough experience in the industry (I don't care how "popular" she is right now). She might have a big personality and bizarre fashion style that might bring in the ratings, but the show is supposed to be about the singers, not the judges.

Keith Urban--It will be interesting to see what a Country perspective adds to the show. I think he should do very well as a judge...probably better than Mariah, and 100 times better than Nicki. He does have some experience as a judge, he was a judge on his native Australian version of The Voice. And, he'll be nice to look at :)

All I can say is that it will be interesting, and we'll just hope for the best!

X Factor, Ep. 2.2: Auditions

Johnny Maxwell-another original song. It's not too bad of a song. He has an ok voice, but I don't think he's that good. I think he moved around too much and he got out of breath and that made him off pitch at some parts.

Lexa Berman-yikes! Can you say diva? haha...the judges didn't buy what she was selling!

Jason Brock-oh my...I'm scared! This guy can't be good...please! Oh no...he's got a decent voice! His personlity is just too much for me, sorry.

Patrick Ford-creepy! If I was Britney, I would get a restraining order. She looked scared, and I think she should be. Wow, did he murdered her song!

Carly Rose Sonnenclar-so cute! Whoa! This girl has got something special! Holy crap! A 13-year-old should not be able to sing that good! Totally got goosebumps! And the stage presence! She even got a standing-o from Simon!

X Factor, Ep. 2.1: Auditions

Paige Thomas-Ok, but not outstanding. Her daughter is cute as a button though!

Shawn Armenta-he's 50 and been preparing for a year! Oh my...what a joke!

Reed Deming-he's so cute, and so mature for 13. He sings with so much emotion. You can hear the nerves in his voice, but this kid has star power and a lot of potential. It was close, but he ended up with 4 yeses!

Kaci Newton-ANNOYING! What a holier-than-thou attitude! Did not care for her snarky facial expressions and eye-rolling backstage during Paige's audition. Not to mention all of her snarky comments to her sister about Paige's look and her daughter before. All this and she hasn't even sung yet! And they just keep showing her! She's getting way too much exposure. What's with the old lady pearls and the pink pant suit? Yuck. I sure hope she isn't any good. And I'm in luck...it's horrible. Off pitch, shaky and all over the place! I knew someone with that much attitude couldn't be good. Simon says she sounded like she was dying and that she was quite annoying! Thank you Simon, she needed to hear that!

Quatrele Da'an Smith-one word: yuck. Ugly man in a wedding dress...are you kidding me? Singing Lady Gaga's "Born this Way". Yeah, that's about right. Unfortunately, his singing actually isn't that bad. He actually makes it through!

Vincent Thomas-an x-boy bander. He's cute, but he has a lot of nerves for someone who has performed as much as he said he has. Too bad, he just didn't quite cut it.

Emblem 3-they are a good-looking group. It's always risky doing an original song, but it paid off for them! They have a really different sound, very unique. I really like them, snd so do the judges.

Don Philip-sang with Britney Spears in 1999 on her first album. I like the song they did as a duet, from way back when. Unfortunately, the years have not been kind to him. His voice has gotten very scratchy, and he just couldn't find the pitch. For the first time, the crowd was actually booing! Britney looked embarassed for herself and for him. Poor guy, I felt bad for him. He looks like he's been through a lot and he was pretty devastated.

Janelle Garcia-love her! She's so tiny and cute, but what a powerful voice! So clean and pure and she's got a lot of stage presence. She had perfect pitch the entire song, and it was a tough song: Grace Potter and the Nocturnals-"Paris".

Jillian Jensen-she's got an amazing voice! I love her! You can feel the pain in her voice. You would never know she was only 19. To be able to sing while breaking down crying, is so hard to do, but she just kept going. She even msde Simon cry! Wow.

Project Runway, Ep. 10.9

The challenge: create a textile design and look that is inspired by tgeir heritage.

This is always such an interesting challenge. I love seeing the prints that they create.

The Runway

Sonjia
I'm not really sure what I think about hers. The print isn't that attractive, and there is so much of it with it being pants. The top is pretty boring.
7

Elena
Her print and her look are so different from what she normally does. From far away, the print is pretty, but up close not so much. Again, I'm not really sure what I think about the look as a whole.
7

Christopher
I really like his print, but the dress has been done a million times. The construction also looks like it has some issues.
7

Ven
Can we just say that he does the exact same thing every time? We get it, you can make flowers out of fabric! And then to use a very literal flower for the print? I get it that it has religious significance, but don't make it so obvious. The look is done very well as usual, though. It's a good thing he listened to Tim...I still can't believe he told him that it looked like a tribute to a menstrual cucle because it looked like a bunch of maxi pads!
8

Fabio
His print looks like a bunch of scribbles, but when you pull back, it is really interesting. Then you find out that he dre a bunch of penises and vaginas? Yikes! Why? At least I don't see what he's talking about, so hopefully no one else does either. His look as a whole is pretty boring. He only used the print on the vest. Everything else is just black.
6

Melissa
Her print is definitely very busy, but from far away, it looks nice. Her dress isn't very original or outstanding, but it is pretty and done well.
9

Gunnar
I love this! I love the print, I love the style, I love everything about it. Just like Mondo, his creation has a very deep and personal meaning for him. I love the print up close and then when you pull away, it looks completely different. This is just awesome, I hope he wins.
10

Dmitry
I hope enough of his print is showing. I like the print and the shapes, and I think the way he cut the shapes out of the jacket so you could see the print underneath is an interesting idea. It's like a magic act: how did he get the pieces to look like they are floating?
9

The Top 3: Dmitry, Sonjia, Melissa
The Bottom 3: Ven, Gunnar, Christopher

Wow! I can't believe the judges hated Gunnar's! Boy, was I wrong...the judgrs did not see what I did apparently.

I think Ven might be the most polished designer, but his attitude and inability to do anything different is the reason that he should be the one to go. I think it was interesting that the judges brought Tim in on their deliberation. I think they should do that for every challenge!

The Winner: Dmitry
Auf Wiedersehen: Gunnar

I really think Ven should have gone home. Boo!

The Next: Chicago

Julian Bell--Joe Jonas
He sings John Mayer's "Waiting on the World to Change". It's so cool to see him singing something so unexpected. He does not look like he should have that voice, or be that good, and play guitar! I really like this guy.

Janelle Kroll-John Rich
John has some interesting advice for her, that she really doesn't want to hear: sing without any instruments. I think he's right. I'm not as big a fan of her as John is, though. She sings Janet Jackson's "Together Again". She sounded decent at first when it was a capella, but as soon as the music started, it was pretty awful. I think the song choice was a huge part of it. I liked her in the taped pieces, but on stage, I don't think it worked at all. I really think any other song would have been better. It just didn't sound right with that song.

Jabari--Nelly
He sings a great song: Bruno Mars's "Grenade". He has a really nice tone. The song got better the further he got. He really started singing with some passion and power. It was good, but not spectacular.

Iliana--Gloria Estefan
She is such a pretty girl. She sings Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain" (great choice). I got goosebumps as soon as she started singing. I think she's the most talented singer of the night, but she needs to be careful not to overdue it.

And the winner from Chicago is: Iliana

The Voice, Ep. 3.3: Blind Auditions

Samuel, what a complete opposite voice than you would think he would have just by looking at him. He might have gotten the quickest button push I've ever seen from Adam. He barely sang the first word. Who would have thought this kid would sing raggae? It was really, really good! I like him a lot! Everyone but Blake turned around. Yes, he chooses Adam! Another steal for team Adam...he's on a roll!

Chris was in the boy band Dream Street with Jesse McCartney (I've heard of them...and love Jesse McCartney, so I'm sure I'll love him too). Well, he's starting off good by singing The Wanted's "Glad You Came". Oh, I'm so sad, no one turned around. But the fun's not over...he gets Blake to go on stage and show off some funky dance moves!

Nelly's Echo has such a great story, coming from Nigeria. He has a beautiful voice!!! Love, love, love him! And he plays guitar! Christina was first to turn...come on Adam...yes! Adam needs to get him! He'll get lost in the group of girls on Christina's team. Nooo! She better take care of him...he deserves to go far.

2Steel Girls are a mother/daughter duo. I loved Adam's face when the 2 voices started to sing together for the first time! They are really good! Their harmony is right on point. Come on Blake, you need them! Yes! Good choice ladies.

Christina picks 2 more girls! You would think she'd want a little variety. Oh well, if it means Adam and Blake get all the good singers, it doesn't really matter.

Domo is very annoying. I almost don't care what her voice sounds like, she's annoyed me with her personality. She's a dancer, so it's no surprise that she sings a Pussycat Doll's song. Cee Lo turned around right away...I'm really hoping he's the only one. None of the other coaches (including Christina) need a girl like this. So she's done singing, and she's STILL annoying...she needs to stop talking and stop running the show! Congratulations Cee Lo, you got a real winner there...not!

The last singer of the night is Nicole. She has a really pure tone that's really beautiful. I've heard "Hallelujah" done a million times, but she performed yet another beautiful version of the song. All 4 coaches want her, but she chooses Adam...who couldn't be happier!

The Voice, Ep. 3.2: Blind Auditions

Adriana is first up on episode 2. I like her, I'm not blown away though. She has a very clear voice. She can be a little pitchy, but I think she has potential...and so do all 4 coaches, as they all turned around. She chooses Christina (who now has 3 girls...I can never figure out why she never picks guys). Since I wasn't blown away, I'm happy she chose Christina.

Casey Muessigmann (Musicman). He sings "Sweet Home Alabama"...real original. He's decent, but nothing special or spectacular. I hope Cee Lo gets him. Darn it...he chose Blake.

Aquile has such a smooth voice! I really like him! His tone was amazing. Adam, Christina and Cee Lo all turned around. In the end he chooses team Christina. Boo! She got a good one there...her first of the seson, in my opinion.

Mackenzie comes out and plays guitars to Foster the People. He's a really cool kid with a good story. Come on people turn around! Cee Lo is the only one to turn around, so congratulations, Cee Lo, you got your first good one.

Julio: what a bubbly Latino! He is so much fun to listen to! He got Blake and Cee Lo to turn around. He chooses wisely and chooses Blake. I can't wait to see what Blake will do with him!

Another great episode, with some really good talent.

The Voice, Ep. 3.1: Blind Auditions

Yay for Season 3 of The Voice! Go Team Adam and Team Blake!

Through the many blind auditions, I'm only going to comment singers who stand out (good or bad) to me.

I love when the coaches perform together...I wouldn't mind more of that (yes, I know it's supposed to be about the contestants)...never need an excuse to see more of Adam :)

And here we go!

First guy up is Terry from Scotland. He had a very clean and powerful voice. I kept wondering why no one was turning around! Then at the VERY last second, Adam, Blake and Cee Lo turned around. And the winner is Blake!

De'borah-I'm sorry...I REALLY thought she was a guy! Yikes! But, whoa...didn't expect that voice! It's good, but could be mistaken for a guy. It scares me that I like her...her voice, not sure about the rest of her though. Surprise (not)...Cee Lo turned around. Those 2 are meant for each other. Christina also turned around, but I don't think she stands a chance. But I was totally wrong...she chose Christina.

It didn't take Adam and Blake more than a few words before they pushed the button for the amazing yodeler, Gracia. As soon as she hit the yodeling section, that got Cee Lo. Wow, she was good. I am not a country fan, but I loved it. So did Adam because he fought HARD for her! But big surprise, she chooses Blake!

Bryan was amazing. I love his voice. He got all 4 coaches to turn around. I'm pulling for Adam to snag him. Woohoo! Adam got a good one!

Joe Kirkland of Artist vs Poet (I've actually heard of them) is up next. Can't go wrong with an All American Reject song. I love him! I'm a huge fan of his type of music...punk/alternative. If enough people are into it too, he could do very well. Ooh, I've got goosebumps! Thank you for turning around immediately Adam and Blake (my favorite coaches)! I know Adam would be good for him, Blake might be ok, but I'm glad the other 2 didn't turn around because I don't think they would appreciate his style. I love Blake's argument: "I wear vests too. I can see us doing matchy things." Ha! Woohoo! Another GREAT pick for Adam!!

Overall, I'm really impressed with a lot of the singers from just the first night! It's going to be a long hard season, which means it's going to be amazing! I definitely think Adam and Blake absolutely got the best singers on this first night (no contest...Cee Lo's 2 and Christina's 2 don't interest me in the least, while I like both of Adam's and both of Blake's)...as usual, they have the best taste...which is why they have each won a season.

Bachelor Pad, Ep. 3.8: The Finale

I'm kind of glad that I read the spoilers so I know what craziness happens before I watch.

First we see all of the eliminated players, and they all get an introduction followed by an applause. I think it's hilarious how just about everyone got the same volume of applause and cheers from the crowd except for the twins and Jamie. As soon as Chris said their names, it was almost completely silent! Ha!

So, big surprises begin to unfold, as promised. Blakely and Tony announce that they are moving in together. But Tony wasn't done, he gets down on one knee and proposes! She says yes!

On to Michael and Rachel. I really used to like Michael, but he has really treated Rachel unfairly. Obviously they weren't on the same page. She was in love, he wasn't. He didn't want a long-distance relationship, but apparently he did with someone else in Chicago. Ouch!

Then on to Chris. I'm glad to know that he's gotten a lot of negative feedback from his friends and family. It's nice to know his family isn't sticking up for the way he behaved and how he treated Jamie and Blakely.

The Vote:
Michael-Nick/Rachel
Jamie-Nick/Rachel
Kalon-Chris/Sarah
Ed-Nick/Rachel
Blakely-Nick/Rachel
David-Chris/Sarah
Erica-Chris/Sarah
Reid-Nick/Rachel
Lindzi-Nick/Rachel
Donna-Nick/Rachel
Tiny-Nick/Rachel
Jaclyn-Nick/Rachel

13-3 Nick and Rachel beat Chris and Sarah (Chris says that the remaining votes we didn't see were all for Nick and Rachel). Thank goodness! Now they each need to decide whether to keep the money for themselves or share it with their partner. If one says "keep" snd the other says "share" the one who says "keep" gets the money. If they both say "share" they will split the money. If both say "keep"- the rest of the players split the money.

Most of the players are pretty sure that they are both good people, and they will most likely split the money.

But poor Rachel, she gets screwed yet again! That dirty little loser! He did nothing in the game, how dare he be so greedy! Rachel trusted Nick to pick "share" but nope...she loses! I guess I can kind of see where he was coming from, as far as her not really wanting to be his partner and still wanting to be with Michael.

I still can't believe that this "nobody" won it all. He becomes the first person to take all of the money.

Needless to say, Rachel is shocked...as is EVERYONE ELSE! I can't believe how mean he's being about the whole thing. Way to kick her while she's down. I just think it's so mean that he didn't feel bad at all and he just laughs at her. That's just so low.

Big Brother, Ep. 14.27

Synopsis:

Nominated: Ian and Dan
Veto Winner: Danielle
Evicted: Shane

Question--what is with Dan and Danielle's taped fingers?

Great quote--Dan: "we have to start eating our own ducks."

I love the fact that each player has a final 3 deal that the 4th person doesn't know about.

Nomination Ceremony: Danielle nominates Ian and Dan...which is exactly what Dan wanted.

We FINALLY get to see what's going on at the Jury House! Great quote from Joe: "It's like waking up and someone's peed in your Wheaties."

I'm really surprised that Britney and Frank got into such a big fight. Usually, even the worst of enemies get over their problems and realize it's just a game.

Veto Competition:
The object of the game is to put a face between 2 events/descriptions. There are so many that if you are wrong, it's almost impossible to tell which ones you have wrong...especially since some have more than one right answer. Surprisingly, Ian doesn't win, Danielle does. That girl is kicking it into high gear winning competition after competition.

Now Dan is going to try to persuade her into turning on Shane. She's listened to Dan this whole time...this is one time she should NOT! Don't do it Danielle...Dan's lying! Oh my gosh, she's gonna do it!

Wow. I have no words. Dan could possibly the biggest, most successful manipulator in reality tv history.

I really feel sorry for Shane...he didn't deserve what just happened to him. I also feel sorry for Danielle, but she did that one all to herself, so I almost don't feel sorry for her. Dan has lied and broken her spirit far too many times to count, she should not have put Shane's life in Dan's hands. The red flag to her should have been the fact that she had to talk Dan into keeping Shane safe when he was HOH.

Dan does make an excellent case for what he did (to further her in the game), but the way he goes about things is so ruthless. Dan has burned so many bridges, that he really has made Danielle look good, so she really could win this thing.

Wow, just so much craziness! What a season this has been...expect the unexpected.

Big Brother, Ep. 14.26

Synopsis:
Veto winner: Shane
Evicted: Jenn
HOH: Danielle

What? Another eviction!?! Oh boy...

Jenn is the only person I want out of the house, what are the chances that she will actually go home? Probably not too good.

Oh no...it looks like Danielle is ready to flip on Shane. She's mad that it seems like he's playing her and doesn't really like her. Of course this news is music to Jenn's ears.

Veto Competition:
Such an interesting competition! Put a puzzle together that's being held up by a magnet. They have to swing back and forth every 20 second to hit a button. If you don't hit the button, your puzzle falls down. Everyone had a  very different strategy.

Ian got eliminated, so he was helping Shane beat Jenn. Woohoo!!!! Thanks Ian for helping Shane, we did not want Jenn to win that!  But...Shane thinks he's safe...what if he decides to protect Danielle and doesn't remove himself from the block? It HAS been done before and that person was voted out. Shane: please tell me you're not that dumb!

Since Shane was the winner, he also wins a special prize and chooses Danielle to go with him. They get to leave the house and get to meet the women's Olympic gymnastics team and watch them perform. Haha the girls ask them if they're a couple! Good question!

Veto Meeting: Shane used the Veto, yay!
Danielle is put up as the replacement.

Voting will be Dan and Shane, so Danielle SHOULD be safe. If there's a tie, Ian would vote. He's a loyal Quack Pack member, so he would absolutely vote out Jenn.

And with a vote of 2-0, all is right with the world and the useless floater Jenn is evicted! It's about 10 weeks overdue, but better late than never! If they weren't careful, she might just have walked out of the house because she was the only one with no real blood on her hands.

HOH Competition: Photographic Memory
Wow...could there be a challenge more suited for Ian? Too bad he can't compete.

Dan and Danielle tie, and Danielle wins the tie breaker! Dan was closest to the right number (by a lot) but he went over.

So, who will Danielle nominate? Ian would be the obvious choice, but Dan or Shane as the other nominee? My guess is that Dan will talk his way out of being nominated. If he does go up, my bet is that he will for sure win the veto.

So You Think You Can Dance, Ep. 9.14

This week is the last performance show of the season. Next week we will know the winners!

I've decided this week that I'm not going to critique each of the dancers/dances. At this point, I just don't see the point. All of the dancers left are very, very good, and there is no chance that someone is going to have a complete meltdown, so basically it's going to come down to popularity.

My picks for the winners are: Cyrus and Eliana.

I'm pretty sure Cyrus will win for the guys (at least I hope). Chehon may be technically better at many dance styles, but he doesn't have the connection with the audience or the likeability factor. I think Cyrus has done enough technically in each of the styles (which are so far from what he does), to totally deserve to be there. He's very deserving of the top prize.

I am a little torn with the girls. I think Eliana has stood out more than Tiffany, and has gotten much more praise from the judges (hahem...Nigel). However, Eliana has found herself in the bottom, while Tiffany has not. Apparently, Tiffany has managed to connect with the audience more than Eliana has (at least up to this point.) So really, I think the girls could go either way.

Big Brother, Ep. 14.25

Synopsis:
HOH Winner: Ian
Nominated for Eviction: Jenn and Shane

We start off with a behind-the-scenes look at what took place during the crazy double eviction.

We see that Dan tells Ian that he is going up as a pawn. Dan tells everyone that if the nominations stay the same they need to think about taking a shot at Ian.

Oh my gosh was that crazy! And to think it was so clear cut. Dan continues to amaze me...Ian was actually a target and Shane would have been a target if not for Danielle. Thank you Danielle! That was a close one!

Tempers are flaring high in the aftermath of this double eviction!
-Jenn's ticked that Dan lied about what he was going to do, so she doesn't think she can trust him now.
-Ian's mad he was a pawn.
-Danielle's mad that Dan wants Shane out and that he put her on the block.
-Dan's mad that he listened to Danielle and wasted a chance to get Shane, who's a big physical threat, out. He's also mad that he told Shane that he wanted Ian out, and he thinks Shane will tell Ian.
-Shane's mad when Danielle spills the beans that Dan almost put him up.

Yikes! What a complicated mess!

HOH Competition:
The houseguests take a walk down memory lane. Guess what day an event happened. The twist is that you have to roll a ball and get it to land on the right number. Each day you are off, you get a penalty point. The person left with the fewest points wins. It comes down to a tie-breaker between Ian and Shane. Big props to Shane for doing so well. If it wasn't for him forgetting that he used the veto on himself he would have won. On the final question, Shane missed by 4 and Ian missed by 2, making him the winner.

Ian has a final 2 agreement with Dan, as they are the new Renegades (Dan's old alliance in his first season). Ian thinks he might need to put Dan up with Jenn to avoid people from figuring out their alliance. Of course, Dan is going to do everything he can to make sure that doesn't happen.

Jenn asks Ian what he's going to do, he says he doesn't know. She makes sure to tell him that she hasn't done him wrong. Ian says there is someone who has put him up, and says she hasn't. Umm...someone please inform Jenn of the riles: you have to win HOH in order to nominate people. Jenn: FYI, YOU HAVE NOT WON AN HOH! You couldn't have put Ian up even if you wanted to!

Seriously, another Pandora's Box?? Wow Ian, #2 for you! He chooses to open it in order to see a message from someone who loves him (who he thinks is his parents, because they show their picture). But....it turns out to be Rachel from BB12 and winner of BB13!!! Punishment!!! So, in turn, the house gets messages from their loved ones! Shame on you Ian, for thinking you could get 2 rewards. Ian's reaction to Rachel babbling on and on and on? "I think I'm going to be sick." Ha!

Nomination Ceremony: Ian nominates Jenn and Dan

Project Runway, Ep. 10.7 & 10.8

Episode 10.7

Challenge: cocktail or evening dress, with inspiration from a designer from each of the first 9 seasons. The winner's look will be produced and sold by Lord & Taylor.

This challenge proves to be very difficult for Elena, Sonjia and Melissa. Elena practically has a meltdown because her designs are way too intricate and detailed for this challenge and she doesn't think the judges understand her. Sonjia took forever to even come up with a concept, and then at the last fitting right before the runway, she has a crying meltdown. And Melissa started out fine, but her dress doesn't look right on the model and she has to start over completely, which puts her way behind and she might not have time to finish.

The Runway

Fabio
Black, simple, elegant. I like the asymmetry at the bottom and the necklace really sets it off. I also like the back with the zipper and the shape around the shoulders.
9

Melissa
I love her shimmery fabric. It's subtle, so it's not to overpowering. The silouette is nice as well. The only part I don't like is the pointy, triangle shoulders. Just by looking, you wouldn't be able to tell that she was working on it up until the last minute.
9

Gunnar
His look is very interesting. I think it might be a little too much leather for a cocktail dress. For a different challenge, I think it would be great.
8

Elena
I think for as much trouble as she had, that she actually did a nice job. The structure at the top might still look too much like armor to be elegant enough for the challenge.
8

Christopher
He may get in trouble for using the same technique he has done in other challenges, but this dress is nice. The top looks a little matronly and the bottom is a little too simple though.
8

Alicia
This is quite a different look than what she normally does. I'm not sure what type of fabric she used, but it looks nice. The back seems to be having some construction issues.
8

Sonjia
I really like this. I like the ruffles at the waist. I also like her fabric choice.
9

Ven
He also copied something he has done in another challenge: the rose made of fabric on her chest. But, it really does look beautiful.
10

Dmitry
I love the color and the slightly shimmery fabric. I love the way he accentuated the pleats. It's really pretty.
10

The Top 3: Elena, Christopher, Fabio
The Bottom 3: Gunnar, Alicia, Melissa

The Winner: Christopher
Auf Wiedersehen: Gunnar....wait NO...he's in too! No one is going home this week.

Episode 10.8

The Challenge: make merchandise with arts and crafts to sell to people on the streets in order to raise money for their materials. They will also be working in teams.

Christopher, Sonjia and Gunnar $684
I like the first skirt and jacket, just not together. Gunnar's dress is really pretty, but Christopher's jacket seems a little weird with it. It kinds of looks like a giant burlap sack.
8

Dmitry, Elena, Alicia-$500
I like the look of the dark dress. I don't think the cape added much to it. I think Alicia's pants look ok, but Elena's coat is too big and doesn't really go with the shirt and pants underneath. Nothing really looks like it goes together.
7

Ven, Melissa, Fabio-$800.48
I love the first top and jacket a lot, but Ven's skirt is hideous! It looks like an old granny's skirt. The first skirt was so much better, they should have let him keep the original. I love the complete 2nd look. The shirt is cool, the pants are great, and even the jacket is nice.
8

Winning Team: Sonjia, Christopher and Gunnar
Winning Designer: Sonjia

Bottom 2: Fabio and Alicia
Auf Wiedersehen: Alicia

The Next: New York

A-Wall--John Rich
Straight out of Harlem, this guy had a brain tumor as a kid and has written songs that major artists have recorded. He sings Ne-yo's "Sexy Love". This guy is very talented. He has a great sound, but he definitely does not have a unique sound to his voice.

Baiyu--Nelly
She sings Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry". She has a very deep voice, which I usually don't like from girl singers, but she sounded really good. She took very good notes from Nelly and toned down the hand movements and over-the-top energy.

Frankie Z.--Joe Jonas
He used to perform in the boy band Wow and is also a dance instructor. He sings Jason Derulo's "In My Head". I love this guy! Great voice, great dancing. He's the complete package. Oh and did I mention, he's really cute, too!

Ali--Gloria Estefan
She sings Miley Cyrus's "When I Look At You". She is so cute! I love her voice, especially for this song. Wow!

I really thought Frankie had it in the bag, but Ali is going to give him a run for his money! I wish they could take both of them!

And the winner, and singer representing New York is: Ali!

America's Next Top Model, Season 19: College Edition

I just got a chance to watch the official first episode of Season 19 (I don't count the episode when they are choosing the finalists).

My first impression is that I LOVE THIS SEASON! Here's why:

1. I love the new scoring system! It brings a whole new dimension to the judging panel. One thing that has always bugged me is that you never really knew how well people were doing. You couldn't always go by what the judges were saying. Now, you csn follow along and actually compare each of the models. And I love that the scores are a combination of the competition, the judges and America.

2. I love that America has a say! Finally, it won't just be about who the judges fall in love with.

3. I love the new judge Rob Evans! He's cute, he's funny, and you gotta love the accent.

4. I love the new creative consultant, Johnny Wujek.

A few things I'm not loving so much:

1. I wish Nigel, Mr. Jay and Miss Jay hadn't left, and I wish they would have gotten rid of Kelly Cutrone.

2. I like the idea of a college edition, but there is so much drama and immaturity. Oh wait, that happens every season. Never mind.

Overall, I'm really excited about all of the changes this season. A makeover was way overdue. The show had been the same for too long. I think it's going to be a great season!

So You Think You Can Dance, Ep. 9.12 & 9.13

Episode 9.12

Witney & Twitch: Hip-Hop
I'm always so amazed when I see someone who's normal style is something like ballroom, and they come out and do something like hip-hop like she just did! She was definitely hitting it hard!
10

Cole & Allison: Contemporary/Jazz?
Another dark piece for Cole. It seems like he's always playing a creepy villainous character lately. Oh well...he's so much fun to watch! He's just so good at everything!
10

Eliana & Ryan: Quickstep
This is such a hard dance, and she nailed it! She didn't miss a step. Those flips at the end were crazy! I've never seen anything like that.
10

Lindsay & Alex: Jazz
Great choreographer: Sonja. Great song: Gotye-Somebody I Used To Know. So of course this routine is going to be awesome! Loved it!
10

Will & Lauren: Hip-Hop
It's so nice to Will doing something different for a change. Without Amelia as his partner, he's a little better than I've been giving him credit for.
8

Cyrus & Melanie: Jazz
Cyrus is just awesome! I don't care what anyone says, I think he just kills every style! Those plaid pants are something else! Totally gives him a different look.
10

Chehon & Anya: Argentine Tango
Really boring music for a tango. It's putting me to sleep. Oh wait...that was a great over-his-head spin lift! Still, overall, it was pretty boring. Not sure why everyone was so spell-bound by it. Mary even put him on the train?
8

Tiffany & Ade: Contemporary
That girl has some major abs! Major Celine song, major lifts...the whole routine was major!
10

Bottom 2 Girls: Lindsay and Witney (why doesn't America like the blonde ballroom dancers? So sad it comes down to the best friends again.)
Bottom 2 Guys: Will and Cole (I don't know how Cole could be in the bottom!)

Going home: Will and Lindsay

Episode 9.13

Tiffany & Benji: Jive
Welcome back Benji! So much energy in this routine...it's so much fun! Again, it helps to have a great song. It really does make a difference. Just like American Idol, song choice is important! And you can't forget the famous Benji cartwheels! Absolutely fabulous routine!
10

Cole & Melanie: Contemporary
Another great Sonja number, and Cole is just amazing. Melanie even lifted him! And a crazy flip at the end!
10

Eliana & Twitch: Hip-Hop
Did not expect this old "Postman" song! Ok now, it's getting jazzed up. Such a different, interesting routine. I like it though. You can't go wrong with Twitch.
9

Chehon & Katherine: Contemporary
Such an emotional piece! You could actually feel his pain. Wow. Painful, powerful and beautiful at the same time.
10

Witney & Marko: Lyrical Jazz
I can't say anything other than this was another great routine. Great storytelling and it was just beautiful.
10

Cyrus & Comfort: Hip-Hop Dubstep
This should be amazing! I just can't take my eyes off them! So many intricate tuts! Lots of animation too. Just an absolutely amazing routine. I just love him!
10

Chehon & Witney: Cha-Cha
Chehon is holding his own, but Witney is a firecracker. Definitely not up to the level of so many of the other routines tonight. This could put Chehon in trouble if he is in the bottom.
8

Cole & Eliana: Contemporary
Fighting rams...should be interesting. And it is interesting. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that. Again, so much power and emotion. That silent scream so powerful that they were just shaking. Wow.
10

Cyrus & Tiffany: Broadway
Ugh! I just love him! Have I mentioned that? I loved the use of the tie to pull her to him. I thought he played the character well. It just adds to his fabulous dancing. Tiffany, of course, is wonderful as well. The girl is usually the focus, but I couldn't take my eyes off him.
10

It is going to be so hard to see any of these dancers go, because they are all so amazing.

Top 2 Girls: Tiffany and Eliana
Top 2 Guys: Chehon and Cyrus

Going home: Witney and Cole

I'm so glad Cyrus made it, but I'm so sad Cole didn't. Personally, I think Cole is so much more of a complete dancer. If America got to vote after this week, Chehon would not have made it. If the judges got to choose, Chehon would not have made it. America got that one wrong.

Finale is next week. It's anyone's game!

Big Brother, Ep. 14.22-14.24

Episode 14.22

HOH Competition: swinging on a rope around a giant sun. Joe is out first, and America has chosen for the first person out a punishment of hula-hooping for 24 hours when the music plays.

It comes down to Shane and Ian or as Dan put it: Homecoming King vs. the Valedictorian. Ian begins spouting off all kinds of science facts, ha! Finally, Shane makes a deal with Ian and lets him win.

With Ian in power, Dan decides to fly back to the Quack Pack. This week's target: Frank and Jenn. It's amazing what a difference only a couple days can make in the BB house.

Another surprise...another Pandora's Box! Lucky Ian. He chooses to take a bunch of Christmas presents. In his presents are a bunch of science experiments, legos, magic rocks, telescope, and an inflatable alligator. Ian is definitely like a little kid...he's so excited (isn't he a little old for those things).

The house's punishment...none other than Jesse dressed as Santa (or Mr. Pectacular, as he called himself)...in a speedo. When will this guy go away! He's like a bad penny, he keeps turning up. This season, he's there to be a grinch and take away all of their good, junk food.

Nominations: Frank and Jenn. Dan lives a little bit longer...he's starting to turn into Frank. Just a few days ago, he stabbed the Quack Pack in the back, and just like that, he's back in. Wow. Frank continues his run of being on the block EVERY WEEK that he is not HOH.

Episode 14.23

At this point, Frank thinks Dan and Danielle are with him and Jenn, so he thinks if either come off the block that they will have the votes. In a convo before the veto, Frank tells Dan he thinks it might be better if the nominations stay the same, so he might throw the comp to let Dan win. Frank thinks Dan could be the replacement nominee because his key was pulled last. But if Dan wins veto, he can't be put up. It must be great to live Dan's life, he just gets handed things without even asking!

In the HOH room, Dan shows he does still have a human side, by talking to Ian about his OCD. Dan said his brother-in-law also has OCD.

Frank and Dan talk about their plan again before the veto. Frank thinks Dan should use the veto on Jenn! What? Are you nuts? Dan can't believe it. He says Frank is making it even easier to stab him in the back. Frank wants to come off the block, but if Dan saves him, it outs their secret alliance.

Veto Competition: the famous Otev (veto spelled backwards); every season a version of Otev is played. Players must find answers to riddles, have the correct answer, and not be last to the platform. Each time, someone is eliminated.

Danielle is out first because she can't find Janelle's name. She actuslly almost took her own name up! Ha! Again, Ian throws the competition.  If not for him throwing it, Frank would have been out. Somehow Jenn sticks around for a few rounds, and even beats out Joe, but eventually she goes down. Joe did better than usual, as he was trying to win so he can't go up as a replacement.

Frank and Dan battle it out for the win. Frank decides he better take fate into his own hands and not let Dan win. Dan knows he has to beat Frank to the platform, but he's not sure of the answer. So whichever name, Jojo or Ashley, that he finds first he's going with. It's a gamble, but he had to go for it, and it paid off. Dan is correct with Ashley and he wins the veto.

Dan meets with Ian to get Ian to talk himself into having Dan take either Jenn or Frank off the block. Another brilliant move by Dan. He really is a brain washer! No one even realizes that he is totally manipulating them. I hope you appreciate what you are watching folks, this guy truly is a master practicing his craft. He's stabbing everyone in the back, while not getting any blood on his hands. Pure devilish genious.

Veto meeting: as agreed with Ian, Frank and Jenn (just incredible) Dan uses the veto on Jenn. To everyone, this is just a simple gesture to repay the kindness back to Jenn. Joe is the only option as a replacement, so he joins Frank on the block.

Frank should be scared. He now has no protection. I shouldn't say it, but I don't see any way he saves himself this time. I think he just spent his 9 lives. It was an incredible run buddy! And the bad part is, hedoesn't see it coming. He still thinks he's safe. Not a good way to go down.

Episode 14.24

Double eviction...get ready for more chaos! We'll be down to the final 5.

Not only is it a double eviction, but it's deja vu for Frank. The last time he was on the block with Joe, he was out the door if not for the coaches re-entering the house. History will probably repeat itself.

One of the funniest moments of the season! Dan corners Joe to see who he would nominate if he won HOH. Joe, lies and says Shane and Danielle, while his real target is Dan. 30 minutes later, Dan crawls into the bed next to Joe. Joe says "Dan cornered me in here." Dan says "This is Dan". Oh snap! Later Shane comes in and Dan says "this is who you wanted to talk to." Shane turns on the lights and Joe's face is bright red. Dan now thinks that maybe Joe needs to go, because he caught him telling "Shane" about their conversation. Ian was right when he said the only person who could screw up the plan, while he's not even the target...is Joe!

The vote: Frank makes a very convincing final argument and Joe starts with another joke "I know I'm the biggest threat...in the kitchen."

Frank "the tank" finally rolls out of the BB house by a vote of 3-1. Quite the run you had my friend, well done. Barely any goodbyes to be given, just a hug to Jenn.

Live HOH: Guess which houseguest said what. It's all Jenn, Dan and Danielle, Joe and Shane suck! 3-way tie breaker, Dan wins! The come-back kid! Quick decision...who to nominate?

Nominations: Joe automatically takes a seat in the nomination chair. Dan does put up Joe, along with Ian. Ian? Interesting choice, not sure what his reasoning behind that is. Oh wait...he still wants Jenn to think they are working together.

Live Veto Competition: "Swimming with Sharks"-navigate a fin through a maze, first to finish, wins. This challenge looks like it's straight out of Survivor. Ian should be good at this. And there he goes...he wins!

Of course he will save himself, so who will be the replacement. I sure hope it's not Shane! I just don't know where Dan's true alliance is. Dan tries to talk with everyone quickly, but Julie calls them back. Dan doesn't come, so Julie says "Don't make me come in there." Ha! Another good one from Chenbot! Dan chooses Danielle as the replacement. Wow, that's pretty risky!

Live Vote/Eviction: with a vote of 3-0 the chef is gone. He really didn't stand a chance, which is what Dan wanted. Can I just say, I can't believe that they have allowed Jenn to just coast along to this point in the game. Final 5, are you kidding me? She BETTER be the next to go!!

Big Brother, Ep. 14.19-14.21

Sorry it's been a long 2 weeks, so let's catch up. Here's my recap for episodes 14.19, 14.20 and 14.21.

Episode 14.19

First we go behind the scenes of the crazy and chaotic double eviction.

Next up is the HOH competition. Head-to-head competitions of moving balls up a game board by controlling it on a bard with some ropes. Frank scored the lowest in the ranking round so he had the most people to go up against. One by one, he picked them ALL off! He did it like it was nothing! As winner, Frank chooses Dan to be the sole have-not for the week. Surprisingly, Dan has NEVER in either season he's played, been a have-not!

Now, lucky Frank gets a Pandora's Box! If he chooses to win money, he will unleash something on the house. He chooses the money. He gets to choose 3 boxes: $1.05, $7.11 and $3333.33.

For the house: out in the yard, the rest of the house get to search for a 2nd veto. They need $.50 to use in the arcade. Balls start raining from the sky, some with money, some without. Dan gets the first shot and misses, and then he stupidly lied saying he got the veto. Fighting over the coins starts to get brutal, especially when Dan pushes Britney out of the way and shuts her out of the room. He was being a real jerk! But the winner is: Ian!

Nominations: Frank is obviously targetting Dan. His first choice was to put up Danielle with him. But Ian could choose to save Dan and Ian just about talks his way onto the chopping block so he would be forced to save himself. In the end, it's Dan and Danielle who go up on the block.

Episode 14.20

Veto Competition: before the competition, Jenn thinks she's making a big move by choosing to align herself with Frank (umm...weren't they already on the same team...Boogie's team?). Yeah, that's a big move all right. The competition is Draw Something. As Ian reads the rules, he says that no one is allowed to talk to anyone else. For some reason this stands out to me, and I think it will be a factor somehow.

The players have to guess what viewers at home are trying to draw. Along with their guesses, they have to perform punishments in order to earn points. Punishments include: taking an avocado bath, eating disgusting food, spend 24 hours shackled to another person, chum shower over and over for 24 hours, wear carrot costume for a week, sit out of the next HOH, allow other houseguests to splatter paint on you, 24 hour solitary dance party, and eat slop for the rest of the summer.

Frank of course, is blowing everyone away, and has had to do some pretty bad things. Dan was supposed to throw the comp so Britney or Shane could win. He, unfortunately, was not throwing it. PLUS! There it is! Frank whispers "summer" to Britney because she didn't know the answer! He's out baby, out baby, out! All of those punishments, and he doesn't get the veto. It doesn't get much worse than that! Oh wait, it does...Dan is now in the lead! Last drawing, Jenn guesses right, and chooses to be on slop for the rest of the summer, snd she wins! Holy crap!

Dan enters solitary confinement and he has 24 hours to figure out a way out of his mess. He emerges like a zombie. There is something wrong with him. He says he wants to talk to everyone. As they gather, he is in tears as he welcomes them to his funeral. He addresses each person and he gets them all crying...even Shane and Ian. What a performance he's giving! To Frank he says he wants to appologize one-on-one later. But the bomb hits Danielle. He tells her she has done something unforgiveable and that she is dead to him in the game! What?!?!?!? Danielle is flabbergasted and devastated! She was crying and shaking uncontrolably.

Now for his next performance and betrayal. He lets open the flood gates and he completely spills the beans about the Quack Pack and Ian's part in the whole thing. He totally threw him under the bus. BUT, Dan says Britney is the threat, who is running the show and controlling Ian. He tells Frank all of this to earn his trust. He has made the rest of the house mad at him and no one would expect that they would be working together. Just like perfect clockwork, Frank says he's pretty sure he can get Jenn to use the veto on him, and instead, he would put up Britney. Dan might just be the best player in history! Even Dr. Will didn't come up with an elaborate web of lies like this.

Then Dan does damage control with Danielle and tells her that he was completely messing with her emotions to help her get further in the game. Now everyone has sympathy for her and will not vote her out. Genious! Needless to say, she was pretty mad at him...this is the same thing he has done to her once already this season, except this was worse. Dan's lucky she's so loyal.

Veto Meeting: Ian chooses not to use his veto, but Jenn makes the bold move and SAVES DAN!!! And, Britney, like a sitting duck gets put on the block with no way of getting herself off. Frank says he would have put Ian up, but since he won veto, he is putting up his closest ally...using Ian's words, he tells Britney to "pop a squat". Poetic justice for Frank.

Episode.14.21

Britney looks and sounds defeated at this point. She pretty much knows she's done.

Ian goes up to the HOH room and blows up! He and Frank start screaming at each other. Quite a different side of Ian than we've seen.

Shane just had the best quote: "Where did Jenn come from?" And even better than the quote was his face...that was priceless. A valid question though...who knew she has been here all summer?

BB flashback: The Brigade! They reconvene to talk about Britney and her game. So funny...they all still all talk all the time!

Vote: 4-1 Britney is evicted, Frank and Dan's plan=executed to perfection.

Britney is a true player. She realizes Dan did what he did because it was part of the game. She might not be happy about it, but she recognizes what an impressive move he made. It's too bad she had to get blindsided again!

Last words from Ian: "I will get that big, hairy, orange beast"...haha!

Bachelor Pad, Ep. 3.6 & 3.7

Sorry I've been gone for a couple weeks, but I'm back! I'll be recapping the last 2 episodes of Bachelor Pad, so here we go!

Episode 3.6

Chris makes the announcement that everyone must now officially compete as couples: vote together and go home together. By default, Rachel and Nick must pair up because everyone else is already coupled up.

Competition: Spelling Bee

They all proved just how dumb they were! Somehow Ed (yes Ed) and Jaclyn make it to the finals against Chris (yes Chris) and Sarah. Wow! And by a complete miracle, Chris and Sarah win, ensuring that they can't be voted out. Yikes! You could have heard a pin drop...everyone was devastated and Blakely started bawling her eyes out.

Chris and Sarah go on a boring date to a lake, while Ed and Jaclyn (the runner-ups) get an overnight date somewhere much more luxurious. Once alone, they have "the talk" about his horrible public rejection of her. To make things worse he tells Jaclyn he was in a relationship before coming on the show and they "broke up" so he could go on the show "single"! He still thinks about this person all the time. What a blow! And, he wasn't done...he said that he thought everyone knew, and that that was one of the first things he and Sarah talked about! To which, Jaclyn rightly replied: "I'm not Sarah." How cruel! I don't really like Jaclyn that much, but I really feel bad for her. For some odd reason, she really liked Ed and was afraid he was going to hurt her...and he did...big time.

Listening to Ed and Jaclyn talk about their relationship is so mind-boggling. All they do is talk around each other. Basically, Ed says he wants to be friends with benefits (emphasis on the benefits) and nothing more. Jaclyn is devastated...but wait...2 seconds later she decides she still wants to be with him because they have chemistry and she likes waking up next to him, so why change things. Seriously Jaclyn? She then says she trusts Ed. I think she just suffered from short-term memory loss, because she must have just forgotten EVERYTHING he has sone to her and EVERYTHING he just said. And off to bed they go...

Then to top things off, they get roses to pass out to save another couple. Just curious, and not that I want Chris and Sarah to have that power, but how do the runner-ups get this power? Anyway, when all is said and done, Blakely and Tony are safe.

Lots of drama before voting (as usual), but it's Lindzi and Kalon who go. Kalon pulls a repeat of last season as he jumps out of his limo at the last second and gets in Lindzi's limo. As they drive away, they share some "I love yous". Gag...

Episode 3.7

Apparently, my DVR cut off the first part of the episode, so where I'm starting from is with Chris and Sarah sending a couple home. I guess they won a challenge, or maybe this was from their win in the Spelling Bee, not really sure. They choose to send Tony and Blakely home. Blakely is crushed. Too bad she had to go before Chris, and how awful that it was him sending her home. Oh well, from what I hear, they are still together and SPOILER ALERT: is proposing to her on the finale.

Challenge: Karaoke

The couples will be singing Night Ranger's "Sister Christian". Please say it isn't so. Ed, the idiot, says the song is on his running mix and is one of his favorites, but yet didn't realize right away that it was actually Night Ranger singing...he thought it was a cover band. Really Ed? Oh dear.

I feel bad for Night Ranger as they are forced to judge the couples, while they absolutely murder their song beyond recognition. I love it that they ask Chris if they can do it, and he says "no, they're going to be terrible". Yep, that's what I'm thinking. I've read the recaps of this episode, and every recap has said that it is the worst torture they've ever heard. Can't wait...hope my ears forgive me.

Surprisingly, during rehearsals, Chris is not worse than Sarah! She is really, really bad! If she auditioned in front of Simon Cowell, I can't imagine what he would compare her to. I don't know how anyone can be that bad. Unfortunately, all of the others aren't much better. Nick and Chris seem to be the best of the bunch, but remember, they have to perform as couples. And you are only as good as your weakest singer. So, whichever weaker partner is the best, that's probably going to be who wins.

Chris, the cheater! He has Sarah write lyrics on his arms! Reading the words off your arm is not going to make you look any better than forgetting the lyrics.

Is there anything worse than their singing? Maybe. The big 80's hair wigs that the guys had to wear are simply dreadful.

Up first: Nick and Rachel. Rachel's raspy voice just doesn't cut it. You would think it would help her, but...no. Nick, on the other hand, is actually decent. Of course, tone deaf Ed thinks Rachel can sing and that Nick can't. Go figure. The performance as a whole was bad, but not horrendous. They worked the stage and at least gave it a good try.

Next is Ed and Jaclyn. So embarrassing. They start, and then stop and laugh as they forget the words and start making things up. They beg to start over, but the band just keeps going. Ha! Jaclyn starts gyrating in Ed's face as they both sing about every other word. And Ed says he sings this song all the time...didn't show one bit. I love the looks on the audience's faces...they looked like they were so embarrassed and uncomfortable to be watching them.

And finally Chris and Sarah take the stage. I love Nick making fun of Chris because he was hunched over the microphone because it was too low, and out of this big, deep-voiced guy came this rather high-pitched singing voice that didn't seem to match. And then there's Sarah, singing lower than Chris. The dancing was sad and pathetic. I read a recap that compared her to Elaine's dance on Seinfeld, and it totally was just like that! It looked like she was having a seizure. Ed said she looked like a monkey being electrocuted...ha! The song ends with Chris so obviously reading the lyrics off his arm, which is even more obvious now that he doesn't have his shirt on.

The winners: Nick and Rachel. Not really a tough choice on that one. Now they have the choice of who to bring to the finals to compete against them.

Rachel and Jaclyn are like best friends, so it's obvious who she will want to bring. Nick is close with Chris and thinks they have a better chance of beating them, so that's who he wants. They are on completely different pages, so someone will have to cave. Chris Harrison said after the show aired) that their deliberation took hours to finally come to a decision.

Rachel caved and they send Ed and Jaclyn home. Nick promised her that friendships will still be there after the show. I'm not so sure about that. Jaclyn is pissed and VERY hurt and says that Rachel is dead to her. Rachel is so upset for sending her best friend home and she knows she did the wrong thing and didn't fight hard enough. Nick told her to make the decision for the money. Poor Rachel...I know what happens in the end...and let's just say, that decision comes back to bite her.
