Survivor, Ep. 25.11

Time for the Abi pity party! "Oh woe to me...".

Aw Malcolm! He is so sweet! No matter how annoying she is, he still felt for her and comforted her. Can we just give him the $1 million and the $100,000 Fan Favorite right now? Most deserving player right there.

Bartering Reward time. These are always exciting.

First one up and Denise spends all her money!

Next one up, Skupin uses all his money!

Malcolm spent $200 and he was so excited for his coffee and donuts.

Abi tells everyone she knows she's going home next, so she is just going to keep the money.

Carter is faced with a dilemma...keep his baked potato or except beans and rice for the tribe. He chooses food for the tribe.

Lisa gets a huge sandwich for $320.

Abi bids all $500 for an advantage in the game. Great...

Last bid, Carter gets veal shanks that is to be divided amongst the tribe. And oh yeah, no utensils!

Back to camp...time for the tribe to talk to Abi, or actually just Penner is talking and the rest of the tribe keeps their backs to them, while trying not to laugh and making funny faces. Ha!

Abi's advantage: she advances to the final in the challenge. One would have to think that even so, she still stands no chance of winning. Let's hope that she doesn't get lucky all of a sudden. Oh no, she's getting cocky. She is making a fake idol to try to trick them. Crap!

Her first target: Malcolm. Please be smart-don't fall for it Malcolm!

Immunity Challenge:
I wonder if they will figure Abi out when Jeff moves her to the final.

So Jeff has her read her note. She lies and says there is 2 parts and that she is only to read pne part-being the part about going to the final round. Then she rips up the note! How did she get so smart in 1 day??? Probst better call her out at Tribal!

Moving on to round 2: Denise, Carter, Skupin, Malcolm, Penner

Very interesting challenge-they have to answer a question before the physical part. If you answer wrong they get weight added to them, which makes the physical part tough.

Moving on to round 3: Abi, Carter, Penner
-Penner has no weight and neither does Abi. Carter unfortunately has some weight. It's between Abi and Carter! Crap, how is she doing this? Holy crap, she won it! You've got to be frickin' kidding me!

Tribal Council
Everything is up in the air. Lisa has given up. Denise and Penner's names are being tossed around. Penner discovered the final 4 deal between Malcolm, Denise, Skupin and Lisa. They basically told him it's his own fault because he didn't want to make a deal.

Oh dear, now Skupin appears to be flip-flopping...again. If he was on Big Brother, he would be on the outs because he's such an obvious floater.

With a vote 4-3 Penner is out! Love his exit...classic!

Dancing With The Stars, Ep. 15.19 The Finale

Last Round: Instant Dances

Kelly & Val-Jive
Very cute and playful. Every one of their kicks and flicks were totally in synch. Wow! Lots of energy, it was really, really good.
28.5 (87.5/90)

Melissa & Tony-Samba
How lucky they got choosing Samba. They just danced that last night. It seemed a bit too slow for a samba becsuse of the unfortunate song choice. The samba rolls weren't quite smooth, but otherwise it was pretty good.
28.5 (88.5/90)

Shawn & Derek-ChaCha
Yes! Amazing! Loved the ending! They need 3 10s for that, come on! And how sweet was Derek, he was starting to tear up! Aw! In Bruno's words: "Perfection!"
30 (87/90)

The Winner Is: Melissa & Tony!
2nd: Shawn & Derek
3rd: Kelly & Val

I don't know who was happier, Tony or his best friends Maks and Val...haha! I'm so happy for Tony, he deserved it just as much as Melissa did.

Dancing With The Stars, Ep. 15.18

The Finale, Part 1

Repeat Dances

Kelly & Val--Paso Doble--29.5
Melissa & Tony--Samba--30
Shawn & Derek--Quickstep--27*
*Derek chose to do the same routine, knowing again that it was breaking the rules. The judges deducted for the same things they did the last time (they got 26.5 last time) . They chose to risk that in order to please the crowd.

Super-sized Freestyle!!!
The fastest, most exciting dance usually wins it for the couple. Let's see what happens!

Kelly & Val
Love the aerial at the beginning...very cool. Don't care for the song choice...it doesn't really scream "finale". I think the other dancers distracted from them and didn't add anything. I actually thought it was boring...for a finale freestyle. The dancing was great, but I don't think it had the "wow" factor.
29.5

Melissa & Tony
Oh boy...contemporary in the finale? That is a big risk. There better be some exciting moments or she is in big trouble. Boring song choice, another crucial mistake. They are just handing the win to Shawn and Derek I'm afraid. It was so beautiful, but it's NOT what the audience wants to see in a freestyle. I don't think it will be a routine that will be remembered many srasons from now.
30

Shawn & Derek
I love that the Fierce Five gymnasts are performing with them! Great idea! The opening gave me goosebumps! I loved every second of it!!! Amazing! This is why Derek has won so many times...he's so smart. Some might say she will only win because she's a gymnast and can do so many flips. That may be a factor, but there was plenty of amazing and crazy dance moves that either of the other 2 girls could have done.
30

Shawn and Derek did not disappoint. The other 2 did, unfortunately. They might have gotten high scores, but Kelly and Melissa frankly were underwhelming, which is going to hurt their audience vote.

The Voice, Ep. 3.23

Amanda (Team Adam)
I really like this Adele song for her. I also like the fact that she changed the song to fit her style. When she got to the chorus, man did she blow it up! It was awesome! Normally I hate it when people scream, but her screaming is different; it really is singing-screaming.

Cody (Team CeeLo)
Another great/interesting song for Cody. I hope people are seeing his talent. This guy can sing! So amazing. That high note at the end on the word  "to", was crazy.

Terry (Team Blake)
Singing a Blake song...I don't know about this. For the first time you really notice his accent as he's singing. He's definitely not the same Terry. This doesn't suit him like the classic rock songs. It's not bad, it's just different.

Melanie (Team Adam)
Ugh...I'm tired of Melanie, don't like this song. I really wish she would go home! I do have to say that I actually might like her version better than the original. Still forgettable for me though.

Dez (Team Christina)
Finally, not something crooning! Yay for a Justin Bieber song! He really needs to stick to the world of pop if he wants to stay relevant and go anywhere after this. Double threat right there...he truly can sing and he's hot--tough to beat.

Trevin (Team CeeLo)
Back to his comfort zone: power balad. It started out kind of weak. Parts of it seemed really awkward, not sure what it was. It seemed like he was skipping words here and there, like he was trying not to cry or something. I wasn't loving this song.

Nicholas (Team CeeLo)
"Holy buckets!" Why on earth is a grown man...with a beard...wearing his hair in braided pigtails? Oh my, does the styling dept. go on break when it's his turn or what? No one should be allowed on tv looking like that. And don't even get me started on tge 70s style, way too dark sunglasses. Oh yeah, and he sang exactly the same way he does every week, just different song. Boring!

Cassadee (Team Blake)
She picks some of my absolute favorite songs. They are absolutely perfect for her. She had a little Alanis in her voice. She nailed every note. I love the way she changed up the notes from the original slightly at the end.

Amazing Race, Ep. 21.9

This leg is going to features U-Turn and a Fast Forward.

Once arriving in first place in Netherlands, NN decide to go for the Fast Forward.

Poor AR keep getting in trouble...each flight ends up having some sort of problem. Plus, the other teams have made a pact to U-Turn them. Not looking good for them.

Oh no...JJ are also going to try for the Fast Forward...this is not good. They are going to waste their time because NN just completed it!

Detour: Back in Time or Organ to Grind
The Chippendales did the organ challenge and needed to earn money. Things were slow, until....they took off their shirts an put on their Chippendales bowtie and cuffs! The money started rolling in! One woman alone gave them 10 Euros out of the 30 they needed. All the while, they were being just as polite as can be to everyone they encounter. So cute!

JJ encounter the U-Turn first and they contemplated what to do. They originally agreed to use it on AR, but they don't want to lose a friend. But in the end, they did decide to use it.

Road Block: vault across a muddy pit (a la a previous Amazing Race challenge).

James made it look so easy and got it on the first try both ways and didn't even get dirty.

Trey & Lexi get to the U-Turn and choose JJ because they know they are already done...as according to the original plan. Thus, AR won't have a U-Turn available to use on JB. Great plan!

TL at the Detour...he also makes it on one try each way! Yay! Things are going well for my favorite teams!

AR learn their fate. JB actually said they would have had them U-Turn them so they would have to do both too. They actually considered helping them! Wow! That's what you call loyalty. I've never seen 2 teams stick together like this, jeopardizing their own chances of winning. True sportsmanship right there.

Ryan really struggled with the ditch jump. Even Josh made it across on one try after tripping and falling and hurting his ankle just seconds before.

The standings at Pitstop #9:
1. Natalie & Nadiya
2. Jaymes & James
3.Trey & Lexie
4. Josh & Brent
5. -eliminated Abbie & Ryan

X Factor, Ep. 2.16 & 2.17

Tate
Another country cliche from Tate. I really wish he could change things up and do something different with the songs instead of sounding exactky like the original.

Diamond
She really looked grown up this week. She did a really good job on that Celine song. She really is amazing, and it's s good thing Britney brought her back.

Emblem3
One of their best performances yet! I loved it! Great song choice and they did a great job with it.

Arin
Enrique Iglesias was not the right song choice for him at all. I don't think it was very good. I don't think he sang it horribly, but there was just something missing. The background track was so loud, it completely drowned him out in places.

CeCe
What a sad story about her sister. Even though the performance wasn't perfect, it was definitely emotional. She did better than some of her previous performances.

Fifth Harmony
Wow, what a great performance! They really sounded great together on this song. In a couple of their previous ones, there have been a few spots that didn't sound too good, but not on this one. It was really beautiful.

Beatrice
Another sad story! So emotional! The emotions really did take over for her, her voice was breaking quite a few times. With that said, it was still a good performance.

Vino
I just love his voice. It doesn't matter what he sings, it's always spot on. He just doesn't have a bad performance. I haven't loved all of his song choices, but her sure does sing the heck out of them.

Paige
So many sad stories tonight. Nice choice of a Britney song. It's such a beautiful song, and I've always loved it. She did a really good job. I like Paige so much more when she doesn't go overboard on the makeup and costumes. I think this is what she needs to be doing.

Carly Rose
Wow! She amazes me every week. At this point it shouldn't be such a big surprise that she is so amazing. If she doesn't win this show, it will be a travesty. Week after week, Tate ends up ahead of her...I don't get it.

Results Show
Arin received the fewest votes and was voted off first.

Beatrice and CeCe ended up in the bottom 2 after Arin being eliminated. Demi, L.A. and Simon all chose to send Beatrice home.

The Standings:
8. CeCe
7. Fifth Harmony
6. Paige
5. Diamond
4. Emblem3
3. Vino
2. Tate

Dancing With The Stars, Ep. 15.16

Melissa & Tony
Oh no, Tony is hurt! Uh oh! But he's dancing! I love the outfit...never seen him in anything like that before. He looks kind of like Mel Gibson in Braveheart. Great choreography for this caveman/hustle dance. A little too similar to Shawn & Derek's trio dance last week?
27.5

Shawn & Derek
Bangra? Yikes! She looks so confused in rehearsals! The Knight Rider part is going to be awesome, I know Derek will come up with something cool! And it was so totally awesome! I love the Bollywood-like style of Bangra and they performed it flawlessly. Insane! Derek looked hot with those sunglasses!
30!

Apolo & Karina
Bigtop Jazz-should be interesting. Love the costumes. Crazy and fun choreography. Poor Apolo, I saw him slip up a little in a few places, which is so not like him. It looked like he was kind of unsure of himself. I'm glad Bruno praised him because it really looked like a hard routine.
27 (8.5 from Carrie Ann? What?)

Emmitt & Cheryl
I love Emmitt in the role of "Secret Agent Man". So funny! The explosion at the end was great.
27

Kelly & Val
For such a tiny person, it always amazes me how strong and stern she can dance. The beginning was very good, but I was beginning to wonder what was surfer about this. And then...Val got undressed into the smallest of speedos! And then...they danced on water!!!! Sooooo cool! That was absolutely amazing, and something that has never been done before. I can't believe the judges were so harsh!
25.5 (ouch!)

Michael Jackson Round

Melissa & Tony
She looks hot! Very steamy routine. Amazing as usual. Holy crap, the end lift was insane! How did they do that!
30

Shawn & Derek
Derek in leather...you can't get much better than that! Awesome lifts. Just great all the way around.
29

Apolo & Karina
I love seeing this smooth and sensual side of Apolo. I think it suits him very well. Having his shirt open doesn't hurt, either. Loooooved the ending with him on top of her!!! Sexy!!
30 (yay! He finally got the perfect score!)

Emmitt & Cheryl
He danced it well, but it was really boring. There was nothing exciting about it, unfortunately.
27

Kelly & Val
I love the lights and how they made the floor look...very cool. She looks gorgeous, he looks gorgeous. They have such an intense chemistry, it's almost ridiculous. I love the way he was looking at her...awe! Whoa, that kiss at the end! Seriously, these 2 have to be dating...they can't keep their hands and mouths off of each other!

Survivor, Ep. 25.10

Time for some fireworks! Look out traitor!

Reward Challenge
This looks hard! Wow...Abi is competing in like her first challenge, and the first thing she does is flip over the wrong color allowing the other team to get a point. Jeff asks if she knows what's going on and she said "not really". That's just great! What a loser! Then Skupin does the same thing, which gave the red team the win.

Malcolm, Pete, Abi and Carter get to get mani-pedi's and massages. Malcolm looked hilarious with the towel wrapped on his head! It's pretty funny that all the young ones were on the same team. And poor Malcolm, he said all the people he wants to work with are back at camp.

The winners return and Abi won't shut up! She just gloated and gloated and gloated and gloated. She wouldn't let anyone else talk, even when the group asked someone else a question! They need to get rid of her, I don't care if they can beat her in the finale, get rid of her! She is totally taking advantage of everyone else doing all the work for her.

Malcolm is ready to set up his solid final 4. He wants Denise, Skupin and Lisa. Skupin talks to Lisa and she doesn't trust Malcolm as much as she does Penner. Penner didn't want to make a firm deal, so it looks like Lisa and Skupin might officially jump ship.

Immunity Challenge
Round 1, moving on: Malcolm, Penner, Denise, Skupin, Carter

Round 2, moving on: Skupin, Carter, Denise

Round 3: Carter is really stepping up in these challenges, I'm kind of surprised. He used an interesting strategy by not getting out of the boat. It was so close at the last knot with Carter and Skupin, and Carter got it!

Tribal Council
Pete and Abi are going after Malcolm-oh no! They pitch the idea to everyone hoping they will get on board of their sinking ship. I sure hope no one is dumb enough. Lisa says she already gave them her word, but Skupin is having second thoughts (just like Pete thought he would...he called him ditzy). I'm really getting worried for Malcolm tonight.

The rest are splitting their votes between Abi and Pete because they aren't sure how they will play the idol.

Wow, Abi is getting beat up at this Tribal! She really is truly clueless!

Fingers crossed for Malcolm!

Abi plays the idol for herself...Malcolm doesn't play his.

The 3 votes for Abi weren't counted. Pete goes home with 3 votes. Malcolm had 2...so close!

Then, just when you think it's over, they all grab their torches to leave. Abi pulls a first. She smiles and says "bye guys" to the jury...and THEN she stops and goes back because she forgot her torch! That poor girl...she would forget her head if it wasn't attached! She is really embarassing herself. To say that this episode was not Abi's finest hour would be an understatement! She needs to go, enough said.

I'm so glad Malcolm was safe and he still has the idol.

The Voice, Ep. 3.21

Sylvia (Team Christina)
Wow, who is this girl? This was absolutely her best performance ever, no doubt, no comparison to what she's done before. Adam took the words right from my blog. Hey Adam: I typed it before you said it!

Terry (Team Blake)
Another classic for Terry...nice choice, once again. He is just so freakin' good! For someone with such a thick Scottish accent, he sings so clearly. His high notes are just as powerful as the ones in his normal range...incredible. And then he's just so funny when he's not singing. He's the whole package.

Melanie (Team Adam)
Oh boy...7 Nation Army...it will either be a complete train wreck or...no...it's gonna be a train wreck. I kind of liked some of the things she did with it, but I just can't stand her voice! I'm always really confused at the end of her performances...I don't know what to think.

Cody (Team CeeLo)
Oh my, singing Beyonce...should be interesting. Did CeeLo forget that this guy sings country? Oh my gosh, I didn't recognize him! That hair and that outfit...definitely some CeeLo influence right there. He actually made me like this song! Good job, Cody! "Wait, I ain't done yet." Wow...this dude is insane! Loved it!

Bryan (Team Adam)
I really hate this song. Last week, awesome song, this week, lame song. Oh well, he still sounds amazing. I really love the tone of his voice.

Amanda (Team Adam)
First of all, I love this song. She really did it justice and it might even be better than the original. Amanda is back! Screw the stupid Florence and Machine...I don't ever want to hear her sing that crap again!

Nicholas (Team CeeLo)
Perfect song choice for him. As much as I really don't want to like him because I don't like the style of stuff he sings, but by cracky that dude can sing like nobody's business.

Trevin (Team CeeLo)
It was nice to see him branch out and do something other than a big powerful ballad. I think he might have gone off pitch just a tad and might have run out of breath a little at the end, but it was still really good.

Cassadee (Team Blake)
Wow, a song I'm not familiar with at all. Doesn't matter, she is simply phenomenal. I loved how Blake looked like he was so enamored with her. It was a beautiful song, and she performed it extremely well.

Dez (Team Christina)
Oh, I was afraid that they would go with another "crooning" style song. I wish she would let him song more modern songs. Despite the old song, he still sings so good! I didn't know he had that much power in him!

Amazing Race, Ep. 21.8

Continuation from last week...

JA must produce their passports in order to continue.

Back at the pool JB did not complete the synchro task before the pool closed, so they incur a 4 hour penalty.

AR continued to stick with JB and they moved on. This time Abbie could not figure out the lock task, so Josh (or Brent) helped her finish. They all went on to meet Phil at the mat. They all beat JA. The 4 hour penalty gets assessed at the beginning of the next leg...it does not affect their check-in on this leg.

JA are then told that it is a non-elimination leg! They are still in it, until they have to use their passport. If they can't they will be eliminated. They will also have to complete a Speed Bump.

Road Block-Calculate Time

Jaymes and Lexie were up first. You get to look at Russia's 9 time zones and get 5 cities correct, but you only had a few seconds to look at the map. There was this mean professor guy who yelled "Pencils down!" They were really having a hard time getting it. Jaymes was hilarious!! It was good that they were trying to help each other. Finally, they figured out that they weren't basing their figures off of Moscow time. The old guy was funny...in his Russian accent, he said "I'm really sorry....but you win!"

NN use their Express Pass and skip the Road Block.

Ryan thought he had it all wrapped up, but...no! Over and over...no. Poor guy, he had no one to help him. 21 times! Abbie actually figured it out, but she couldn't help him.  The Russian guy says "Try to relax, I'm on your side." Haha! And finally, he gets it! "I'm so stupid, I'm so stupid!"

Guess who got it right on the first time? Brent! Wow!

Detour: Movers or Shakers

Aw, JJ left, but came back for TL when they saw that they weren't getting a taxi.

JJ and TL both choose the dancing task. JJ looked so cute! I hope James' ankle holds out! Yay, they got it right! And then TL got it right, yay!

Lol, one of the twins ripped her pants!!

JB chooses not to dance but to identify famous leaders at a party...they fit right in. Brent: "Lively for a dead crowd."

The standings at Pitstop #8
1. Jaymes & James (woohoo! It's about time!!!!)
2.Trey & Lexie (woohoo!)
3. Natalie & Nadiya
4. Abbie & Ryan
5. Josh & Ryan
6. -eliminated James & Abba

X Factor, Ep. 2.15

The Rankings:

10. Paige
9. Arin
8. Beatrice
7. Diamond
6. Fifth Harmony
5. CeCe
4. Emblem3
3. Vino
2. Carly
1. Tate

Lyric145 received the least number of votes and was immediately sent home. Paige and Jennel had a sing off and 3 judges voted to send Jennel home (Demi voted to send Paige home).

So going home this week were Lyric145 and Jennel.

How on EARTH is Tate #1 AGAIN???? What is wrong with America? That is ridiculous!

X Factor, Ep. 2.14

Jennel
I totally blame Demi for Jennel's complete downward spiral. From the makeover, to the song choices, she is taking her so far away from where she should be. Before Demi, she was amazing and since Demi, she has been less than good. Demi needs to bring back the girl who auditioned with Grace Potter and the Nocturnals' "Paris". Her Tina Turner song was better than last week, but I don't think it was enough to dig her out of the hole Demi dug for her.

Lyric145
I really can't stand their constant shouting of the lyrics. I don't consider this type of music singing. They do not belong in a competition competing with superstars like Carly, Diamond and Vino. Sorry. Hate it! I agree with Demi that the Queen song did not go with the Katy Perry song at all.

Arin
It was way little too slow, and was really boring.  He really changed the song...it was hardly recognizable as a Madonna song. He said he had inspiration and was singing it to a member  of Fifth Harmony, but wow, if that was him inspired, I'd hate to see him uninspired.

Paige
Just because it's Diva night, why all the old, old songs? Yuck! And I really wish Paige wouldn't go so over-the-top with her costumes and make-up...it's so off-putting. This was a mixture of her first performance and last week's. It was too much like her first one, which I didn't like and not enough like her last one, which was better. Even though it had a lot of energy and movement and she sang it well, I was still bored! I don't know how that's possible.

Vino
Donna Summer? Oh boy, what are you trying to do to him, L.A.? L.A.'s lucky this dude can make anything sound good, but song choice is so crucial to get people to vote.

Tate
I literally cannot figure out how this guy managed to be in the #1 spot after last week's vote. Seriously? How is that possible? Not happy about that at all because that means he's probably not going anywhere for a long time. Ugh, I love this Shania song, but definitely not when he sings it. It's a country song, but he made it way too country. Normally, his voice does sound pretty good, but I didn't think he sounded good on this at all. He sounded like he was all over the place, straining to reach the notes.

Beatrice
I really liked her performance this week. She did a really good job! The pacing and version of the song, really suited her well.

Emblem3
Alicia Keys' song "No One" was perfect for them! This is they type of stuff they should be doing every week. I really, really enjoyed them this week. In the last couple weeks, I think they had kind of lost their way. But, this week, they found themselves again.

Fifth Harmony
I think this is the best these girls have sang on the live shows. The girl in the middle was pretty off, but the rest of them sounded amazing and overall it was a really good performance.

Diamond
I absolutely love Beyonce's "Halo" and I think she's going to sound amazing. Wow, this was so good! Perfect song for her! I think she sounded just about as good, if not better, than the original. Absolutely amazing!

CeCe
Another victim of Demi. Poor Cece doesn't stand a chance if she continues to listen to Demi. She needs to return to the girl who auditioned and sang at Demi's house. Every performance since then has been so rough and uncomfortable to listen to. This performance was a little better, but her voice just does so many strange things and I can't tell if she means for it to sound the way it does or if it's her voice cracking. Demi needs to help her harness her power and not try to force it so hard. She is straining her voice because she's trying to push it and sound louder. I don't know, she has talent somewhere in there, but Demi just can't seem to find it to help her have a breakout performance worthy of keeping her around.

Carly Rose
It's a big week for "My Heart Will Go On", as Sylvia also sang this song this week on The Voice. I'm sure her voice will sound great, because it always does, but I don't know if this is the right style for her to really shine. She is such a gorgeous young girl. I gotta say, she blew Sylvia's version away...not even close. So pretty, nice job Carly!

Dancing With The Stars, Ep. 15.14

This week is a double elimination, since no one was eliminated last week. Double elims always scare me...because you never know who could be leaving!

All of the stars will be dancing 2 dances. One normal dance and then a trio! I loved trios last season, so I can't wait to see what they do this season.

Shawn & Derek
I love Mark, but I'm so happy to see Derek back!! Whoa, Derek looks hot in that army uniform! Such a pretty dance, I got goosebumps! It was so fluid and effortless. Great story telling by Derek. I don't think I've ever seen him dance so emotionally.
29.5

Apolo & Karina
A DWTS first--zip-lining! Talk about hot...Apolo can rescue me any day! I love his warm-up run "Oh sweet Moses!" lol. I'm having a hard time focusing on his dance...his large muscles are distracting me! That was such a strong dance. Definitely one of his best. That needs to get some 10s.
29.5

Kirstie & Maks
Kirstie did a very nice job with this dance. I liked it.
27

Kelly & Val
Again, such a pretty dance by Kelly and Val. I love them together. A little too much fog to see what was going on, but still, very nice.
28

Gilles & Peta
What a fun quickstep! He looked like he flew right out of Top Gun. Love Gilles!
29.5

Emmitt & Cheryl
I'm so disappointed that Emmitt didn't have some sort of Army outfit like the rest of the guys tonight. He went for the simple suit...boring! The dance was nice, but I would have liked to see something a little more different and exciting.
28

Melissa & Tony
Holy crap that was a fast dance! How on earth do you remember choreography like that? She is amazing!
30

TRIOS

Shawn & Derek + Mark
I am sooooo excited to see Mark and Derek dancing together! Those guys are so crazy together! Crazy....and amazing! I love the tribal costumes and Shawn's hair! Oh, and Derek and Mark without shirts? Um...yeah! Absolutely awesome!!! Len was so harsh! No samba content? If she goes home, blame Mark and Derek? Ouch! Thank goodness for Carrie Ann, the voice of reason!
26 (10 from Carrie Ann, 7 from Len and 9 from Bruno...wow, Len!!)

Apolo & Karina + Sasha (from the Troupe)
Grease! How cool! Apolo looks amazing doing this style! He definitely kept up with Sasha and looked like a pro. I couldn't tell who was who most of the time. And I like his hair like that! It took his hotness to a whole new level! Awesome, awesome, awesome!
29

Kirstie & Maks + Tristan
Yay Tristan!!! So glad to have him back! I like the theme of this dance. Kirstie is a good has white wings and Maks and Tristan have black wings. The song, "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence is the perfect song. This could be my favorite Kirstie performance ever! Everything just worked...according to only me I guess. The judges were pretty hard on it.
24

Kelly & Val + Louis
Crazy jive! So good! They all worked so well together. At first I thought Louis was kind of an odd choice, but I liked how it all came together!
28.5

Gilles & Peta + Chelsie
Sexy group right there! He just makes everything look good.
29

Emmitt & Cheryl + Kim
It's nice to see Kim again. I love the song, "Mr. Saxobeat"...it's so fun! Emmitt is at his best when he's dancing to a fast, upbeat song and wearing bright colors!
30

Melissa & Tony + Henry (from the Troupe)
Henry is hot! Good choice Melissa! Love the "Rumor Has It" song choice, for her dominatrix routine. I've never seen her dance so strong and powerful! Her dress was stunning! Loved it!

Survivor, Ep. 25.9

I just love Malcolm! The way he handled the whole Lisa situation was so nice to see. He really is a good guy. He deserves to win...don't know that he can now, but he sure deserves it.

Reward Challenge:

Oh boy, it looks like it's going to be another muddy challenge. Let's see if this one goes better than the last one that ended up in a stalemate.

Wow, this challenge is going to be very lopsided. They chose their teams and the team of Penner, Malcolm, Denise and Carter should easily beat Skupin, Lisa, Pete and Artis. And, big surprise, Abi didn't get picked, so she will sit out (AGAIN!) and not have a chance at winning reward.

The red team gets out to a big lead and Pete struggles to find his bag. Red team needs 12 balls and they make 11 before the yellow team gets one. For some reason, they can't get the last one! Yellow manages to get 6 balls in before Red gets their last one.

Red team of Penner, Malcolm, Denise and Carter win the reward of a feast and they got to deliver school supplies and toys to some really cute kids.

It is so cute to see Malcolm with the kids. I keep forgetting that he taught elementary school in Micronesia. Is this guy for real? I didn't think guys like him actually existed.

Immunity Challenge:

Gotta love the balancing challenges. They have to balance 6 balls on a paddle...yikes! One at a time they add a ball and try to get it to sit in an indention. Skupin and Pete fighting it out for the win. Just like that, Pete's balls start falling off, and Skupin wins.

It looks like Penner is enemy #1. Will they be able to take him down?

Oh my gosh...Abi talks about how annoying Skupin is. Next thing you know, she's throwing a coconut against the tree over and over and it flings and hits Skupin right in the face! Haha! That guy is always getting hurt, even when it's not his fault.

Skupin goes from being zero to hero. He could have easily gone home if he didn't win immunity. Now, he's a key swing vote. Who knows what's gonna happen!

Tribal Council:

What is Abi's deal? She is always so mad? Geesh! She should be happy that she's riding her tribe's coattails and doing absolutely nothing!

Somehow, out of nowhere, Artis becomes the main target of the anti-Tandang tribe. Why not go for Pete again? Why not vote out Abi and get rid of the Immunity Idol?

Tied 4 votes for Artis and 4 for Penner. The tie-breaking vote goes to Penner and against Artis! Artis joins Jeff and RC at Ponderosa. I will miss him, he was a hoot and we didn't get to see nearly enough of him.

I wonder what Tandang is thinking right now. They thought they had numbers...but they were wrong!

The Voice, Ep. 3.19

Michaela-Team Blake
Great song, perfect choice for her.  Whoa, no mohawk tonight! She looks so much better! It's about time to see something different. Overall it was pretty good, but she sounded out of breath most of the time.

Dez-Team Christina
I'm not real excited for this song. I wish he was doing the Heath Ledger version from 10 Things I Hate About You. His voice is so good. He did a really great job on a not-so-good song. He looks so comfortable on stage.

Adriana-Team Christina
I love this Carrie Underwood song. I don't know if she can pull it off. She was flat on the chorus. Most of it was pretty good, but she still isn't impressive to me. She has gotten a little better though.

Cody-Team CeeLo
A Tina Turner song? Really? Ok, so now I'm convinced he can make anything sound good. Go Cody! I love his positive attitude. He seems like such a nice, genuine guy. He had a couple of pitch problems, but I love to watch him perform.

Amanda-Team Adam
I did not love this performance. I don't know if it's just because I didn't like the song...at all. Or if she really didn't even sing it that well. I didn't recognize the song...Googled it...it's Florence and the Machine...no wonder why I hated it! That was not even close to being her best performance.

Bryan-Team Adam
Oh my...I can't wait to hear him sing Amy Winehouse's "Back to Black". It's going to be so good! Only a few words in and I love it!!!!!! Oh wow, so good!

Cassadee Pope-Team Blake
Go Cassadee!! She's sing one of my favorite Kelly Clarkson's songs: "Behind These Hazel Eyes". I can't wait! I love that she's rocking the guitar tonight, and I love her slightly purple hair. I wish she would start her songs a little stronger...she always sounds a little scared. But man, once she gets going, look out. Man she nailed that high note! Another awesome performance, woohoo! Love, love, love!

Trevin-Team CeeLo
Perfection...this guy can do no wrong. I kinda wish he'd do something unexpected and change things up a bit. But, what he sings, he sings so amazingly well. Maybe a little too much screaming tonight, but still good. I thought he was going to hold that last note forever!

Melanie-Team Adam
Time for America to NOT vote for this girl. I gotta say, I love this song, so I hope she doesn't ruin it for me. Just because she's different, doesn't mean she's good...hello people! I think this is her best performance, and much, much better than the last few weeks. Not great, but better.

Nicholas-Team CeeLo
I really hate that he's got such a good voice. He really changes it up. One minute he's Barry White, the next he's Huey Lewis...all in the same song! Crazy! And then you add in those spastic "Elaine" dance moves.

Sylvia-Team Christina
I really wish some of these girls could sing something different. Celine Dion, Whitney Houston...boring, boring. I gotta say, she kinda nailed it, though. Much, much better than last week. She's still not a favorite for me, though...pretty forgettable.

Terry-Team Blake
Another classicly perfect song choice for him. He is so darn good! Holy crap, I didn't know he could hit high notes like that! Spectacular!

Tomorrow night, the lowest 2 vote-getters go home. How funny would it be for Chritina's 2 girls to go? I think Adriana and Sylvia are so forgettable. I definitely wouldn't mind Melanie going either. Beyond those 3, no one else deserves to go.

Amazing Race, Ep. 21.7

Trey & Lexi are off first for this leg. I love them, they are just too cute! Uh-oh, they are having trouble finding the right airline to take them to Moscow, Russia. Luckily NN come along and they all get tickets.

JB make a risky move and flip a coin to see which flight to take. We'll see how this works for them, very soon. The flight they chose had a very small layover time. While on the flight they were delayed and ended up missing their connection by minutes. Bummer. AR were also on the flight. Even bigger bummer? No flights until the next day!

JJ and JA make it to the destination first, followed by NN and TL.

Detour: Alphabetized or Synchronized
I hope they all choose synchronized swimming, because that will be hilrious. The library one looks SUPER HARD!

The Chippendales looked awesome in their swimming attire! The caps were super funny!

Back at the library  JA give up and decide to switch. TL, who arrived after JA, quickly found their 4 authors and then found their books. Good job, guys!

NN were on the verge of deciding to skip the task and use their Express Pass, until JJ tell them to save it because they know they are safe in the top 4.

Yay, JJ finally got the routine! They looked good! "This one's for Russia!" Ha!

From the sexy Chippendales, to the burley, hairy guys. Ooh, did not need to see that!

Finally, 10 hours later AR and JB arrive. They want to do the library task, but the library is already closed, so they have to do the synchronized swimming. AR seemed to have no trouble, but JB were really struggling. It's so nice to see the friendship formed between AR and JB. They made an agreement to do the leg together, so AR waited for JB at the Detour.

Road Block

Wow, that looks hard! So many locks! With so many locks, how did they all make it look so easy?

JA's cab driver took off with all their stuff...uh-oh! They decide to still finish the task and check in to see if they will be allowed to continue. One of them didn't have their passport, and if memory serves me right, the last time that happened, the team were automatically eliminated. At check-in, Phil tells them they have to produce the passports to continue.

The standings at Pitstop #7:

1. Trey & Lexie
2. Jaymes & James (Yay, it's about time!)
3. Natalie & Nadiya
4. ?? James & Abba
5. ??
6. ??

X Factor, Ep. 2.14 & 2.15

Britney: Teens
They brought Diamond back! Probably not fair to all those who got eliminated, but she is a very good singer, and is deserving of another chance. I think Britney should have gotten rid of Arin instead the first time around any way. Out of all of the groups, Britney's is by far the strongest, and this just proves it.

Arin
Very interesting song choice. I liked the rapping that he added to it, it made it sound very original. He's got some good dance moves and he can really perform, but I just don't think his vocals are that strong. I don't know why the judges continue to love him. I don't think he has anything special. He's very boring for me.

Beatrice
I don't know what in the world she's wearing. Last week I didn't really care for her song, but this week was a little bit better. I still don't think she's back to the way she sounded when she sang "Titanium" at Britney's house. I think she was trying too hard, and because her voice was already strained, she cracked a bunch of times. Not her best again.

Carly Rose
She is one of the only singers who I truly can't wait to see what she's singing next because I know it's going to be amazing. She always sounds much older than she is, but this week she looks it too! She was absolutely gorgeous! The beginning started out a little too low and quiet, but she definitely busted out with some classic Carly, and it was amazing. The arrangement of the song was so different, it took me more than half of the song to realize that it was a Bruno Mars song.

Diamond
Not a surprising song choice for her, this is what she does best. It wasn't very original, but she has an amazing voice...not only for her age, but for anyone else as well.

Demi: Young Adults

I'm really disappointed with what Demi is doing to her team. She seems to be steering them all in the complete wrong direction and she's made horrible choices with their looks as well. All 3 of her girls left are pretty much unrecognizable from when we first me them.

CeCe
Well, the leopard spots are back and they look like more like a disease that's spreading. I don't know what's happened to her, but she just does not have the same vocals she did in the audition and at Demi's house. She is not long for this competition if she keeps singing like such an amateur. Her voice was so strained on this song. The performance was good, but her singing was not great.

Jennel
I absolutely hate the hair make-over that Demi gave her! And...Simon agrees! She used to be really cute, but that dark color and ugly bangs are doing nothing for her. Other than that, I always love her voice and her performance, and that's what matters. It probably wouldn't have been the song that I would have picked for her, but she rocked it.

Paige
I'm so glad to see Paige back to normal this week. Last week was a complete train wreck of a performance. I'm not sure why she's into such crazy outfits, but at least she didn't have some pointy hat on this week. The song choice was very fitting for her, and her performance was stellar...by far one of the best of the night...easily.

L.A.: Over 25s

Jason
I think this was a really good song choice for him. The dude can definitely sing! The ending of that song was just ridiculous!

Tate
I always cringe when he's announced, because I know that I'm going to be bored to tears by some awful country song. But...he surprised me this week with a song I actually like: Bon Jovi's "Dead or Alive"! Good for you Tate, branching out a little bit to be more likable...nice move. It was still boring, but at least I liked the song. I'm so ready for him to be gone. He's a nice guy, but enough already.

Vino
I would NOT have picked this song for him at all! I don't know what L.A. is thinking. Luckily, Vino can make anything sound good. He definitely brought some gospel into the song. He sounded amazing. Didn't care for the song choice, but I love him anyway!

Simon: Groups

Emblem3
I don't always love what they come up with, but this unpredictable group is definitely original! Taking Katy Perry's "California Gurls" and mashing it with "My Girl" was genius. It totally worked! It's so nice to see at least one act who is continually trying new things. They are the best vocally, but their overall performance and personalities makes up for that.

Fifth Harmony (previously known as 1432 and previously known as LYLAS)

Third name change, really? If people don't know the name of your group, chances are they probably aren't going to know who to vote for. Good luck with that!

I love the song choice, but I don't know if it works for a group. I definitely didn't like the first girl's voice for this song at the beginning. Once they got to the chorus and were singing in harmony, it was really pretty. It was an OK performance, but it wasn't great.

Lyric145
Simon says "Mary Poppins", and I have no words. I have no idea what they are going to be doing. "Supercalifrajilisticexpialidocious"...wow. Crazy outfits and a lot of screaming. That's about it. Yuck! That's probably one of the worst things I've ever subjected my ears to.

The Bottom 2:
CeCe and Jason

Going Home: Jason
It was a tough choice...so close that the judges deadlocked, and they based the elimination on the person who received the least amount of fan votes. I'm not a huge fan of either of them. CeCe has probably been the least consistent. I don't think either of them sang well on their "survival' song. Jason was stronger the night before, so he probably should have stayed. I just feel like CeCe is trying way too hard and her voice just sounds so strained, which makes it kind of hard to listen to.

Really, I would have liked to have seen Lyric145 and Tate Stevens in the bottom, because they are my least favorites.

Dancing With The Stars, Ep. 15.13

Last week the ballroom experienced another shocker: Sabrina was sent home! She had the highest overall scores and somehow still managed to get voted out. Ironically, week 6 was the same week she got voted out in her original season. What a bummer! We all knew that this season was going to be tough because there were so many extremely talented dancers, but each week seems like a shocker.

This week, the couples must perform 2 dance styles in one (dance fusion), which were chosen by other dancers the week before, plus a dance marathon. Should be interesting! With the election this week, no one is being eliminated, so all scores will be added to next week. As a result, 2 couples will be eliminated next week :(

Apolo and Karina--Cha-Cha/Paso Doble
Pure hotness! Crazy moves plus he rips off his shirt! Karina put together some great choreography and they were totally in synch! Loved it! In the words of Len: "Apolo, oh no? I say Apolo, oh yes!" Exactly! That number could have ended the night, but unfortunately, everyone has to go after him.
27+6=33

Emmitt & Cheryl--Rumba/Samba
Emmitt is looking very slim this week! I say it every week, but he just looks like he's having a blast on the dancefloor. He can shake his hips like no other. He just feels that groove and goes all out! It was such an interesting blend of dances because they are complete opposites. But, Cheryl choreographed them so well that you didn't realize a difference, it seemed like one dance!
27.5+7=34.5

Kirstie & Maks--Quickstep/Samba
Maks looks good in that costume! I never really notice her while they are dancing for some reason. I guess I just don't care that much what she's doing.
24+4=28

Kelly & Val--Foxtrot/Cha-Cha
What a cute dance! I loved the set, their costumes, and everything about the choreography! Very well done!
27+9=36

Melissa & Tony--Tango/Cha-Cha
I love her dress and hair this week (OK, I do every week!). OK, I love BOTH of her dresses! And those boots? Wow. Melissa is great every week, and this was no exception. I love to watch her dance. It looks like it just comes so easy to her. Tony put together a great transition from one dance to the next. Flawless!
29+10=39

Shawn & Mark (not Derek)--Tango/Paso Doble
Poor Derek! I love watching Derek and Mark choreograph together-pure magic and craziness! Even though I will miss seeing Derek dance this week, it is nice to see Mark back with Shawn again. She looked stunning this week! I love the choice of the Bon Jovi song for this powerful dance combo. Out of all the dances we've seen so far, these 2 dances seem the most suited to go together.
30+8=38

Gilles & Peta--Argentine Tango/Samba
Song choice=awesome! Love Robin Thicke's "When I Get You Alone!" Pair that with sexy Gilles, and you've got a winner! Oh yeah...and his abs! The French James Bond...yep, that pretty much sums it up! There's no point in critiqueing his dancing, because he is perfect...every...week!
28.5+5=33.5

Swing Dance Marathon
Clearly from the rehearsals, everyone is going all out! Kelly did a total belly flop from above Val's head...that  had to hurt!  And, here we go!

I love the quiet "golf-like" commentary that accompanies the dancing. I never know who to watch because there is so much cool stuff going on all at the same time.

Here's the order of elimination:
Kirstie & Maks (no surprise)--4 pts
Gilles & Peta (big surprise--5 pts
Apolo & Karina (what?!)--6 pts
Emmitt & Cheryl--7 pts
Shawn & Mark--8 pts
Kelly & Val--9 pts
Melissa & Tony are the winners!--10 pts

Here are some of my thoughts as the craziness ensued:
--Lots of big flips and spinning going on
--Emmitt is doing an handstand!
--Emmitt goes for a half-court slide
--I don't know what that move from Kelly and Val was, but it was cool
--Shawn & Mark get eliminated, and Mark stomps off like a little kid! Ha!
--And it's down to the girls: Kelly and Melissa, you go girls!
--Kelly and Val kind of get stuck in a rut doing the same move for just a little too long and are then eliminated, which means that Melissa and Tony are the winners!

Survivor, Ep. 25.8

Let the fireworks begin! Penner is going to be on the warpath following that immense betrayal.

In the reward challenge, the team of Penner, Denise, Malcolm, Jeff and Lisa won and shared a nice meal on a large floating raft.

After the reward, Lisa starts to hatch a plan and she just told Skupin that Malcolm has an idol! Noooo! Lisa how could you? She wants to get rid of Penner and then blindside Malcolm. Noooo! I don't want to hear that!

Immunity Challenge:

Pete, Jeff and Penner by a lunge, move on to the final round. Uh oh, if Penner wins immunity, they might go for Malcolm next.

Penner wins his first individual immunity ever, in the time when he needed it the most. I am so afraid of what madness is going to happen now. Please don't tell me my favorite is going home!

Skupin's name is now being discussed by Jeff, Malcolm, Pete. Now Lisa tells Pete about the idol. I was afraid that Malcolm not telling Pete could be a problem, because Pete told him that they had one. Pete confronts Malcolm and he lied again...oh dear...he's digging himself into a hole. But, Pete actually thinks Malcolm might be telling the truth-holy crap!

Now, Pete says he can save Malcolm and he suggests voting for Jeff. Lisa confronts Pete and he lies saying he didn't tell Malcolm who told him about the idol. The word gets back to Jeff that he's in trouble, so now Pete's name is on the chopping block! I have no idea what's happening! This is so crazy! There could be like 6 names written down tonight and whoever goes home, it WILL be a blindside!

Tribal Council:
Malcolm immediately throws Lisa under the bus for throwing him under the bus! And if there was any question about Malcolm's idol, he just whipped it out and said he was playing it. Abi just opened her big mouth and inserted her foot! Oops! Jeff asks if anyone else wants to declare they have the idol, and so Abi just says "Yeah, I have one". Everyone's mouth just dropped open in awe. Pure craziness!

The vote: Abi, Jeff, Pete, Jeff, Pete, Jeff, Pete, Jeff, Pete, Jeff

No one played the idol! No one wrote down Malcolm's name, so good move Malcolm...you dodged a bullet!

And it's Jeff going home! Holy crap! Did not see that one coming!

The Voice: Top 12 Results

Team Adam:

America's Picks--Amanda and Bryan
Adam's Pick--Melanie

My thoughts: America got it totally right, Adam got it wrong. I knew if America didn't save Melanie, Adam would. Loren and Joselyn definitely aren't the best, but anyone would have been better than Melanie.

Team Blake:

America's Picks: Terry and Cassadee
Blake's Pick: Michaela

My Thoughts:
I am ecstatic! Terry and Cassadee are my 2 favorites and I'm so glad America got it right. And then Blake didn't choose Liz, which is awesome! He made the absolute right choice!

Team Christina:

America's Picks: Dez and Sylvia
Christina's Pick: Adriana

My Thoughts: Thank you America for choosing the only good person on Christina's team: Dez! I'm really surprised America saved Sylvia. And of course, in true Christina fashion, she screwed her own chances of winning (not that I'm really complaining about that). I thought De'borah was the obvious choice to be saved. I don't think Adriana deserved to go forward.

Team Cee Lo:

America's Picks: Trevin and Nicholas
Cee Lo's Pick: Cody

My Thoughts: Trevin and Nicholas were the obvious choices, but the third choice could have gone to any of the other 3. I was really torn because I like them all, but I think I was kind of leaning toward Mackenzie, but I also love Cody.

The Voice, Ep. 3.18

Round 2: Team Cee Lo and Team Christina

The 2 teams performed together and...it was not good! Yikes, they did not sound good together!

Adriana: Team Christina
I've never been a big fan of hers and this didn't really help. Pitchy doesn't really even describe it. The end was especially screamy and pitchy. Just go home already, please.

Cody: Team Cee Lo
Aw, Cody! A whole new side to him...he actually sounded like George Michael. Is he country, is he R&B...just what is he? I don't know. He can do it all, and he's just good. He's funny, he's sweet and sensitive...so many sides to Cody.

De'borah: Team Christina
She started out really good, but the further she went the more she screamed it! And then she started writhing on stage like she was having a seizure, what the heck? The ending of the song was very strange. She was definitely feeling the song, but boy, I don't know...I liked parts of it, but there were parts I didn't.

Diego: Team CeeLo
Ooh, an Enrique song, nice! He's not feelin' it, but I like it. I really like what he did with the song. He sounds so much better than last week.  And he looked good singing it, too!

Mackenzie: Team Cee Lo
I literally can't wait to see what he does with this One Direction song! It's gonna be awesome. He is just so cool and really has his own vibe. I loved when he stopped playing the guitar and moved around, that's something we haven't seen from him before. His voice was a lot better than last week's. He wasn't so squeaky and he showed he has a great range and a really good voice.

Devyn: Team Christina
I really like the change of pace for her. She had always done the big powerhouse songs where she tried way too hard to oversing. This was so much better...except for the end, where she reverted back to her old ways of oversinging and way too many runs. Haha Blake said the same thing!

Nicholas: Team CeeLo
Oh dear, a Barry White song. I don't know if I can handle that. I really loved in the video package that he was saying he didn't understand swagger and equated it to grandparents not understanding how to work the VCR...haha! Oh, that voice...and that look. I think I like his hair slicked and pulled back a little...that really helps because he doesn't look so much like a homeless dude and his beard was actually combed too! There might just be hope for him yet.

Sylvia: Team Christina
Again, I'm glad for a different type of song instead of the loud powerhouse stuff. Unfortunately, the beginning was very shaky and pitchy. It might have been better if she would have picked up the tempo a little bit. When she got to the chorus, it fell apart even more, her voice sounded like it cracked and she was flat...it just didn't work. I liked her performance, with her playing thr piano, though. I do not know why the judges thought that was good. I don't think they were listening to the same thing that I did.

Dez: Team Christina
Wow, he looked and sounded so good this week! A definite improvement from last week. He sounded deeper on this song than he normally does...I kind of liked he. You could tell he was really feeling it. It was a great performance.

Trevin: Team Cee Lo
This kid is simply amazing...so good. Nothing else to say, he's pure talent.

The Amazing Race, Ep. 21.6

A first on The Amazing Race: lots of teams were together at a travel agency to get info for their next destination. NN found a wad of US money by one of the computers. One twin asked who's it was, the other twin told her to shut up. TL wondered what was up and were now a part of this "theft". Meanwhile, the original owners, JA realize their $100 is missing and now don't have any money to continue the race. They think the money must have fallen out of their bag in the cab. NN and TL decide to split the money 50/50.

JA are now forced to ask locals for money. Boy did they get lucky...a bunch of people quickly offered them money and they quickly recouped the $100 and were able to continue on their way.

JJ and RK somehow got left behind because they chose the subway instead of a taxi. JJ realized they weren't getting anywhere, so they abandoned "ship". RK said that they are not followers, so they were going to stay on...not realizing, they are now in last place. They continue to think that they must be in first place.

JB encounter their Speed Bump. They have to eat Turkish ice cream. Really, that's it? That's all they have to do? Best, easiest Speed Bump ever...so not fair. Or wait...they didn't pass the exam! Ha! They didn't go to the marked vendor! They have to do it all over again!

Detour: Simit or Scrub It
How awkward to have someone else scrub you down! Most teams wisely choose the scrub, while JB and RK (who were already both in last and 2nd to last place) chose to carry the simits (bread) on their heads. Not only was the task kind of physical, but they had to find where to go. The scrub was easy, just sit there and let them scrub you.

JJ were hilarious getting scrubbed! "Oh that's cold! Hold up a minute!" "Look how fresh we look. Do we look fresh?"

Road Block: Serve Turkish Sherbet
The chosen player has to dress up and sell sherbet.

Most teams did pretty well, but for some reason James (of JJ) was having a gard time. JB and RK have now caught up...oh no! Come on James! He said "It's the hat isn't it?" Haha!

The standings at Pitstop #6:
1. Trey & Lexi (woohoo!)
2. Abbie & Ryan
3. James & Abba
4. Natalie & Nadiya
5. Jaymes & James (moved up a spot, yay!)
6. Josh & Brent (grrr)
7. -eliminated Rob & Kelley

The Voice, Ep. 3.17

Live Shows start tonight!

America will save 2 and the coaches will save 1 from each team.

Group performance: Team Adam and Team Blake

So many talented singers, from what I think are the best 2 teams.

Joselyn (Team Adam)
Love the song choice, but I wish she was singing it a little higher, it sounds too low. It was sounding good until the bridge, where you really have to nail it and she didn't...it was flat. I would say it wasn't her best, it was just mediocre.

Terry (Team Blake)
I love Terry...everything about him, but mostly that spectacularly awesome voice he's got! This guy needs to be on the radio. He just put on a flawless performane. Someone sign this guy right now please.

Melanie (Team Adam)
Oh how I wish we could be rid of her! Come on America...don't vote for her! Each week it gets more and more painful to listen to her. The first time I heard her I thought she was quirky and different, but that has worn off and I'm really annoyed.

Liz (Team Blake)
Another good country performance from Liz. She still bugs me though.

Cassadee (Team Blake)
Another stellar song choice for Cassadee. I know I say it every week, but I just love her voice and I could listen to her all day long. I love the differences she added to the song, so great!! I'm not liking all the hating on Cassadee tonight. Could not disagree with them more. She knows who she is and she does a darn good job showing it...it's so obvious! And Christina: no, she was not flat!

Bryan (Team Adam)
I don't think I would have picked such a rock song for him. He sounded great, but I don't think that's him or the singer he wants to be.

Michaela (Team Blake)
This might be my favorite performance of hers. Well done, girl with the freaky, way-to-tall pink mohawk. I don't agree that it was the best of the night, but it was good.

Julio (Team Blake)
It's either a brilliant move or death move to go back to his mariachi roots. Kid's got pipes, but I'd much rather hear him sing pop/r&b. Did it seem like his song was 10 minutes long to anyone else? Not sure why he got a standing ovation...it wasn't that good.

Loren (Team Adam)
I was so excited to hear her after her great performance last week. But now, knowing the song she's singing...not so much. I hate that song, with a passion! I still like her voice, but still don't like the song...at all.

Amanda (Team Adam)
Another interesting song choice for Amanda. I kind of like it though. Holy crap, that high-pitched scream at tge end! Wow...watch out Steven Tyler! I think her problem right now is that she is all over the place genre-wise. Adam should be asking her who she is, not Cassadee.

Dancing With The Stars, Ep. 15.12

It's Country Night...oh boy! This could be great, or it could be kind of scary. Tonight's scores are going to be added to their scores from last week, since no one was eliminated last week.

Gilles & Peta
I find their outfits really odd for country week: black leather and a see-through net shirt? Strange costume choice for "I Feel Like a Woman" aside, the cha cha was really good and very entertaining. His solo was really good as well. Gotta love Gilles!
27.5 (84/90)

Sabrina & Louis
What a beautiful dance! She had such clean lines and it was so smooth.
30 (88.5/90)

Kelly & Val
She is so good. Not much to say about it. Nothing really stood out to me as outstanding, but it was pretty flawless. I love her chemistry with Val. Val finally got lucky with a good partner.
27 (78.5/90)

Melissa & Tony
I love her and Tony's outfits and styling this week. She is so gorgeous! And those abs, good gracious! Such a beautiful dance! She just floats like the feather across the floor. Who knew this cute dance would spark such a judges' controversy! Bruno was totally right, and Carrie Ann was very wrong!
29.5 (86/90)

Shawn & Derek
Poor Shawn! I sure hope her knee holds out! She sure didn't dance like there was anything wrong with her knee. And, just when you think Derek can't be any hotter, he puts on a cowboy hat...and then he rips open his shirt...yummy!
28 (84.5/90)

Kirstie & Maks
I'm really tired of her constant bickering with Maks, it's getting really old. I'm so ready for her to go home. I found this dance pretty boring. Her entire solo was basically her just moving her hips around. There was a few nice things about it, but she's just not up to the caliber of everyone else. I with the viewers at home would realize that and stop voting for her.
27.5 + 2 (for group dance) = 29.5 (80/90)

Apolo & Karina
I think he did such a good job performing this heart-felt and emotional dance. I always like his faster dances better, but he can do the slower ballroom dances so well, too. I don't know how anyone could not like this guy. His interpretation of this was so genuine. And the judges finally agree that it was wonderful!
30! (86.5/90)

Emmitt & Cheryl
Emmitt just makes everything look so easy. It's so funny to see him dancing to "Islands in the Stream". His solo was totally awesome, and I think the best solo of the night! He threw in some "Gangnam Style" horse riding, a leaping kick and more! So cool!
26.5 (82.5/90) 8.5's were way too low for that!

Group Dance
With the song "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy", you know the group dance is going to be awesome, and a lot of fun! I don't know who to watch because they are all so much fun to watch! I have no idea who is going to get the 2 bonus points, it could really go to anyone...except Kirstie, because she was behind in a lot of the steps. I love seeing all the guys in their plaid shirts. The guys section was really good! And of course the part where the guys are the horses, was hot! Gilles makes the most unlikely cowboy, but it's still so hot! The solos were all so outstanding and fun!

The bonus points go to Kirstie & Maks (yuck!)

X Factor, Ep. 2.13

The Results:

Demi's Team-Young Adults
Safe: Jennel and Paige

I'm so happy Jennel is safe, not so happy with Paige though.

CeCe and Willie sing again. CeCe still didn't sound very good through the whole song. She was very shaky and sounded nervous. It got much better as it went on, but I'm not sure what her problem is. I know she can sing, she needs to figure herself out. Willie sounds so good! This is going to be a tough choice.

Demi picks CeCe which means Willie is out.

L.A.'s Team-Over 25s
Safe: Vino and Tate

Well L.A. you screwed that up...David should be safe, not Tate. I really want Tate to be gone! I'm so glad Vino is safe, though!

Wow, David is singing a slowed down version of Kelly Clarkson's "Since You Been Gone". How can you get rid of this guy, he's amazing! This was so much better than his first song! Goosebumps!!! He killed it and the crowd is going nuts! Jason was also amazing! They should both get to stay! You blew it L.A....why did Tate get to stay? There's no way he's better than both David and Jason. Based on just this performance, Jason had some screetchy, pitchy moments at the end, so it should go to David.

I'm so bummed! He picked Jason, which means David is out!

Britney's Team-Teens
Safe: Beatrice and Carly

Whew! That was a close one, I was afraid she wasn't going to pick Carly!

Arin has improved quite a bit in the last couple weeks. I actually kind of like him now. Diamond, on the other hand...she's back! Britney really screwed her with that Train song...this is what she should be doing! Something that actually shows how good she is. Love the song, love her. This one is also going to be tough. Diamond has been a front-runner, but Arin is a judge favorite and they basically told him it would be a travesty if he went home.

What? Britney actually picked Arin and sends Diamond home! Wrong, totally wrong decision Britney! I thought she might go against what the other judges said.

Simon's Team-Groups
Safe: Emblem3 and Lyric145

Ugh! Can't stand Lyric145. Sister C better go, because I love 1432!

I love this Miley Cyrus song and they are pretty much ruining it! Yikes, someone is really off! This song is not meant to be sung in harmony. Painful, just painful. 2 voices were good, but boy, whoever the third one was ruined it. I can't believe the judges liked it. 1432 picks Demi's song "Skyscraper". Individually they are so strong and as a group they are amazing.

Simon saved 1432 and sends home Sister C. Woohoo!

X Factor, Ep. 2.12

It's the first live show, and I'm already dreading having to listen to and watch Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez as hosts. I like Mario, but not as a host...he gets really annoying, really quickly. Why do they need 2 hosts? Someone please tell me...it's ridiculous. And who's idea was it to have 2 people who have absolutely no connection to the music industry, and 1 who has no hosting experience? The constant, obviously just-for-show flirting between Simon and Khloe was just nauseating.

Paige (Demi-Young Adults)
Demi shaved Paige's hair off! Whoa, way too much theatrics and that costume and makeup is horrendous! The only thing worse is her singing! Seriously, it is not good at all. She has been so much better than that. Demi even said in the recording, she's not the best vocalist, and she proved that. And to think, Demi picked her over Jillian...that's just not right.

Arin (Britney-Teens)
He sounds pretty good tonight. But, why oh why, do they have those smoke machines making that loud and obnoxious hissing noises every couple seconds. Wow that's annoying and totally takes away from his performance. Are they supposed to be making noise? Other than that, it was a good performance.

David (L.A.-Over 25s)
I can't wait to see what he does! I like his new mohawk look. I'm not so sure about the song choice, but he did a great job.

Sister C (Simon-Groups)
I am getting really tired of everyone singing Pistol Annies' "Hell on Heels". It is so overdone! Not to mention they sang it in their first audition (which was the only time I actually liked them). At least they sound better than they have the last couple of times they performed. It was ok, but I'm definitely not blown away.

Jennel (Demi-Young Adults)
She's another one that I am excited to see. She is definitely one of my favorites. Wow, I hardly recognized her after her makeover! I like her hair, but I hate the biker chick outfit. Her vocals are amazing as usual. I'm glad that the judges were so enthusiastic for her.

Diamond (Britney-Teens)
Wow, Train's "Hey, Soul Sister", would not have picked that song for her at all. I don't think it was right for her at all. I don't care for her 90's Janet Jackson look either. I definitely don't think it was her best at all.

Vino (L.A.-Over 25s)
Yay for Vino, he's one of my favorites! Nickelback is a good choice, but I'm not sure this was the right one. It just didn't sound like him. The beginning started way to low and it was just awkward. Luckily, it did get better. I'm a little bummed bacause this was not his best. Thanks L.A. for sabotaging him...this must be your handywork because he has been nothing but spectacular up til this point. Simon agrees!

Lyric145 (Simon-Groups)
Not a fan. I liked their version of Miley Cyrus's "Party in the USA", but this rapping stuff is just awful noise, which doesn't belong on a singing competition. Thank you L.A., for finally speaking with some sense!

CeCe (Demi-Young Adults)
Wow, what a transformation! Platinum blonde hair and no leopard spots (on her face...they moved to her boobs instead). I really like this song choice for her. Her vocals aren't great tonight, but her performance is really strong, and borderline Lady Gaga even. I think all of the contestants are getting lost with all the theatrics and they forgot how to sing.

Tate Stevens (L.A.-Over 25s)
Boring country, as always. I've said it before and I'll say it again: he is no different than any other country singer on the radio today. Do we really need another one? Demi is wrong, we do not need him in this competition. He's a nice guy, but he needs to go.

Beatrice (Britney-Teens)
I don't care for what they did to her hair...it's always so pretty, but tonight she looks like a disheveled hobo. Did she stick her finger in a light socket? I think singing a ballad was a good idea, but this didn't really do it for me. It was too low for most of the song. It did not do her amazing voice justice.

Jason (L.A.-Over 25s)
Mr. Entertainment is right! His vocals weren't as good as they normally are. He sounded kind of all over the place. That was disappointing, to be honest. Simon called it "utterly horrendous". I don't know if it was that bad, but it wasn't great either.

1432 previously known as Lylas (Simon-Groups)
They are my favorite group by far. Each of those girls are so talented. Ugh, but why on earth did they have to choose that ridiculously awful Taylor Swift song! I get it, it's current...but it stinks! They sang it well, but it is such a stupid song. It wasn't quite as annoying as when Taylor sings it, but still not great. L.A.'s right and it did sound kind of karaoke.

Willie (Demi-Young Adults)
He just cracks me up. I still don't expect him to sound the way he does or sing what he does. He is the opposite of Tate. He doesn't sound like any other country artist and he definitely doesn't look like any other country artist. He had one of the strongest performances, I think. He looked good and he wasn't pitchy like just about everyone else tonight.

Carly (Britney-Teens)
Love this girl! She is amazing every single time she takes the stage! I like the way she changed up the song. This girl's gonna win it all!

Emblem3 (Simon-Groups)
Finally, Emblem3 is back! This was a great performance. I think there were a few pitch issues, but overall it was really good. It's nice to hear something different for a change.
