The housemates are paired up with boxes. If both smash the box, no one wins. If they both don't smash the box, they win something for the house. If one does and one doesn't, the one who breaks their box selfishly, wins the reward. The pairs:
- Gina vs. Hazel-both smash
- Jack vs. Sam-Jack smashes and Sam lets him have it because the reward was a birthday bash
- Sophie vs. Charlie-both don't smash and earn 6 eggs for the house
- Dan vs. Joe-Joe smashes and Dan lets him have it to share in the birthday bash with Jack
- Callum vs. Dexter-the reward was a romantic dinner with the guest of their choice; Callum doesn't smash his and Dexter waits until the last minute and breaks his. Then, like a smug little prick, he chooses DAN for his romantic dinner. He broke the box only because he didn't want Callum to win. How ridiculous! He makes a huge point to say that winning wasn't about winning the romantic dinner, it was ONLY about beating Callum. Ugh! Makes me hate him even more!
Because Sam, Sophie, Charlie, Dan and Callum were selfless, they are rewarded with a VIP party later.
Sam & Sophie's Choice
Sam and Sophie are to choose a third person to join them in the Safe House, and who would be immune from the public vote (we all know this is a lie). They are to choose 3 housemates whom they would like to ask questions to, and those people will answer them in the Diary Room and Sam and Sophie will get to watch. Dan is so smart. He figured it out pretty quickly that Sam ans Sophie were going to get to watch their Diary Room sessions. After seeing the videos, they choose to "save" Dan, and bring him into the Safe House with them. Little do they know that they have just put him up for eviction with them. They chose him because Sam's bff is Callum and Sophie's bff is Jack/Joe, so Dan was someone whom they both like and thought he might not be as safe as the others.
Dr. Callum
Big Brother challenged Callum to be the house therapist. He meets with the housemates in a room with a couch. He asked them questions, and listened and wrote things on his clipboard. It was so cute! He's such a good listener and gives really good advice. They were all pretty open with their feelings and pretty much acted like they didn't even know him. Gina said she felt so much better after talking to him. She gave him a hug and said she was going to tell all her friends about him. Ha! His talk with Dexter was very interesting. Dexter talked about Callum as is he wasn't in the room. I don't know how either of them kept a straight face. As soon as he left the room, Callum said "Well, that was a bit awkward." Yes, I should say so! Sam, had the opposite problem...he couldn't stop smiling and couldn't even answer when Callum greeted him and asked him what his name was. Then he just about spit his water out! Callum called him a "cheeky chappy"..haha! Callum really understands him, and feels for him and all the struggles he has in the house. He actually had to shake off tears when he left. Aw! I love Callum and Sam!
Shopping Task
The housemates are awakened by some very loud music. They have to get as many right answers as possible. The questions were answered by fans on the BB website.
- For 50 pounds, Hazel had to eat a breakfast she thought the public voted for her to eat. She chose the pig nose pastry, and she was wrong! The right answer was tarantulas on toast.
- For 20 pounds, Gina had to answer who had the most annoying voice. She chose Sophie, and she was right! (Her voice is so not annoying...I would have said Gina!)
- Sophie had to guess who she said was a "cringe bag", she said Callum, and she was right.
- Dan had to guess which housemate makes viewers change the channel, he guessed Hazel, and he was right.
- Dexter had to guess which housemate is manipulating the situation to get people to turn against him, he guessed Callum, and he was wrong...the right answer was Gina.
- Jack/Joe have to decide who Shane Filan from Westlife picked as his favorite twin; they chose Jack and they were right...they actually got to talk to him on the phone! They even got him to sing a little bit to them and they sang with him! They were beyond excited!
- For 20 pounds, they chose Gina as the person who would least like to be gunged (covered in slime)...she had sit in the goo, and then they were told that they chose correctly.
- For 20 pounds, they chose Sam as the sweetest housemate, and he got covered in goo, and they were wrong...the right answer was Sophie
- For 20 pounds, they chose Hazel as the sauciest housemate, and she got covered in goo, and they were right
- For 20 pounds, they chose Dexter as the most envious housemate, and he was covered in goo, and they were wrong...the right answer was Callum
- For 20 pounds, they chose Dexter as the housemate who talks the most bull shit, and he was covered again, and they were right
- For 50 pounds, they chose Dexter as the housemate most like a snake in the house and he had to put on a snake costume (which was huge and ridiculous), and they were wrong...the right answer was Hazel (Big Brother then makes her put on the snake costume until further notice)
- For 100 pounds, Callum had to pick who the viewers voted for him to strip for; he had to wear a sailor outfit and strip, and he chose to do it for Charlie, and he was right (It was hilarious, and very sexy; it was done to the song "Womanizer" by Brittney Spears...poor guy, he did a great job, but you could tell he was embarrassed afterwards, and he said he would never be able to teach after that; he definitely had to strip down to nothing, and we got to see just about everything.)
- They chose Hazel as the housemate the viewers would most like to see get gunged first thing in the morning, and they were right
- Dan chose to eat 4 chiles to represent how many nominations he would receive, and he was right
- Charlie was given the task of choosing who the viewers would like to see her do a rap to, and she chose Dexter, and she was right
- Dexter had to choose who he thought the viewers picked to be his sugar baby, and he had to seduce his answer, obviously, he chose Charlie, and he was right
- The final round was for everyone: they had to line up in the order that the viewers rank them to win; the more times they guessed, the more money they lost; the correct order was: Gina, Sam, Dexter, Sophie, Dan, Charlie, Jack/Joe, Callum, Hazel (Wow! That is not what I would have guessed at all. I'm not surprised to see Sam and Sophie in the top 4, but I can't believe Gina was first and Callum was next to last! So not right!)
Funny Task
The housemates were paired up to do different tasks to win different things for the house.
- Jack/Joe had to go into the hall of smiles and try to get laughter in order to win "booze" for the house--what they were really playing for is "boos"
- Dan/Sophie had to suck on very sour sweets to win "steaks" for the house--what they were really playing for were "stakes"
- Callum/Sam had to get spray tans to win "brownies" for the house--what they were really playing for was "brown Es" (they also had some embarrassing phrases on their backs)
- Hazel/Dexter had to eat a disgusting dinner to get "letters from home"-- what they were really playing for was "lettuce from home"
- For some reason Charlie and Gina didn't have to do anything
The Lie is Revealed
Both Charlie and Dan suspected that something strange might be happening this week, and were both just about spot on with their guesses. Needless to say everyone was shocked. Sophie was sure that she was going home. I don't know why, because she came in 3rd in the viewer's ranking. Really, Dan should be the worried one because both Sam and Sophie ranked higher than him.
Evicted: Dan
I'm so bummed! I love Dan, and I'm really going to miss him! It's really sad because he would not have gone, had it not been for this awful twist.
