OMG! I'm so nervous AGAIN tonight! I had a scary thought about what could potentially happen tonight. If Laura M. wins Redemption and comes back, she will join Ciera and Hayden...that makes 3. It looks like they might be on the verge of getting Monica to flip. If they don't, that's 3 votes going the other way. What if...they can't pick again, and decide to choose rocks...AGAIN! That would be sooooo crazy!!!
Kasama Camp
Tyson was happy to be a part of what took place at the last Tribal. Tyson calls out Gervase for saying that you NEVER tell a person they are going home...which is what he did to Hayden. Because if they know they are going, they start to think up crazy plans and have time to strategize. Monica still thinks she's in a good place with their alliance. Tyson confesses to Gervase and Monica that he does have the idol. Monica was upset that he had it the whole time and didn't tell her about it. Meanwhile, Tyson and Gervase discuss how bad Monica is at playing the game, but how handy she has been to them to have around up to this point.
Hayden and Ciera strategize about finding an idol, winning a challenge and hoping that her mom is the one who comes out of Redemption Island.
Redemption Island Duel
Laura vs. Tina vs. Katie
Tina isn't so sure that she can compete like this against her daughter.
This is a common challenge, where they have to build a stick out of smaller sticks in order to hook rings that are far away from them. Laura is out quickly, no surprise. Tina yells over to Katie how she should build her pole. Katie still looks confused and isn't really working all that quickly. After getting 1 key, Laura immediately tries for #2. Tina's wasn't long enough on her first try. Katie gets a key, while Tina doesn't have any yet. Interesting seeing as she was telling Katie how to build her pole.
Laura gets #3 and she unlocks all the locks and she is through! Tina's stick keeps breaking. Katie drops one of her keys which makes it that much harder to pick up. She remains calm, but her mom is now getting her 3rd key. As she's unlocking her locks, she asks Katie if she's OK with moving on. Katie says she's OK.
Tina has now beat her daughter at least 3 or 4 times going head to head. Wow, Katie just really is not good at challenges. Bittersweet mother/daughter moment as Katie is sent home. Laura and Tina live for another day.
Laura gives the idol clue to Ciera again.
Kasama Camp
Ciera and Hayden read the clue to the idol. Too bad, it doesn't matter how hard they look, they aren't going to find it. Bummer. As they are looking in the trees, Monica strolls by to get water. They are worried now that everyone will know where to look. Hayden was looking at the right tree (or at least it looked right). Since he didn't find it, he's pretty sure that someone already has it.
Tyson, Gervase and Monica discuss how tight they need to be with their 3-person alliance. Gervase tests Monica's trust of him and Gervase and she says she trusts them a 10 because they didn't flip on her last week. Instead Tyson drew rocks to avoid turning on her and to keep her safe.
Hayden and Ciera know they need to target Monica because Gervase and Tyson are too tight. They think if they tell Monica that Tyson and Gervase are talking crap about her and that they are only using her, that they might get her to flip to the "good side".
Immunity Challenge
In the water, they have to move a bouy through the water, then take a bag of letters which will spell out a common Survivor phrase. I sure hope this is right up Hayden's alley...HE NEEDS THIS ONE BIG TIME!
Gervase and Ciera bringing up the rear...no surprise, while Tyson and Hayden are flying through this! Tyson is ahead, and Hayden is close behind. Ciera is really embarrassing in this challenge, she is so far behind.
I can't stand to watch Hayden lose another challenge. This is killing me!
Everyone is on their puzzle, it's hard to tell who might be in the lead. There are so many words you can make. Ciera is making up a lot of ground! What the heck just happened...Ciera wins immunity and reward!
She chooses Hayden to go with her for a reward of food. I'm not sure this is a good thing, because it is separating them from the other 3.
Kasama Camp
Hayden and Ciera enjoy their food, just feet away from the other 3. They talk about voting for Gervase since they think Tyson has an idol.
Ciera makes her move and she tells Monica what Tyson has been doing and saying about her. Most of it's probably true, some of it might be a fabrication. I think deep down Monica has had these thoughts, but to have them confirmed really hurt her, and made her think about things differently. Monica knows she's the swing vote and she looks like she's leaning toward going with Hayden and Ciera, but I won't believe it until I see it.
Gervase tells Tyson that he is so sure that Monica is with them and isn't going to turn on them. I hope this is the writing on the wall.
Tribal Council
Monica tells the group what Ciera came to her with. Gervase thinks it is just them scrambling, because they could have brought it up sooner.
After Hayden said that Tyson is running things in that alliance and they are all just brain washed.Gervase blows up again, and asks who is running the alliance over there, and if no one is running it, and that's why they are going to be picked off one by one.
Hayden makes his point yet again, that Monica is just being played by them and they don't see her as an equal team member. He says that Brad and her kids are going to see that. This week, instead of Ciera being pulled left and right, Monica is in the hot seat. Will she make the right decision? I sure hope so. She won't win against Tyson. She might have a slight shot against Gervase.

Noooooooo! What the heck is Monica thinking? What an idiot. I'm just so mad and upset, that I don't even know what to say. I want to have hope that Hayden can still make it back in, but let's face it...his track record with challenges is NOT good, and pair that with Laura's complete shut out of everyone she's faced. Even Tina is fairing better at this point, so unfortunately, I'm not too positive about his chances, and it KILLS me to say that.
