Big Brother Canada

Calling all Big Brother fans!!!

Can't wait until June for Big Brother? Now we don't have to! 'What?!" you might ask. Well, for the first time ever, Canada has their own Big Brother, and we here in the US are lucky enough to be able to watch! I'm so sorry for not posting about it sooner, but things have been crazy, and I'm trying to keep up with it as well.

So, here's the scoop:

Why should I watch?
Who doesn't love Big Brother? It's awesome, right?! Well, the Canadian version is just as good, if not better in some areas. Yes, I said it...better.

  1. The same kind of wacky, crazy houseguests you love and love to hate, plus that great Canadian accent.
  2. The same challenges you love (HOH, Veto, Have/Have-Not), plus some new ones.
  3. The same-ish kind of house, but interesting layout and places for the houseguests to sneak away to.
  4. Marsha the Moose (watch to find out about this).
  5. All complete episodes, plus the After Dark episodes are all available online...for FREE!!! ...and with NO commercials! (That's better than the US version!)
Is it too late to start watching?
Heck no! They've completed 2 weeks of the competition, but all of the episodes are available online, so start watching now and be caught up in no time (OK, it might take a little time...but it's so worth it!). Or...if you're desperate to start watching and don't have time to watch all the episodes, I will try to post some quick episode-by-episode summaries in the next couple of days.

Where do I watch?
There are actually quite a few sites that are posting videos. I've been using this YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/feed/UCVXVoGeaxXfMPL5aYZ6z-0A

When are the new episodes?
New episodes air Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you search around, you can find uploaded videos pretty quickly after it airs, the same night. I usually wait until the next day and watch on the YouTube channel I posted above. After Dark episodes are on everyday.

Who are the Houseguests?
I'm so glad you asked. Here they are (including the houseguests who have already been eliminated)...
