Big Brother, Ep. 16.4

In case you missed what happened last week...

Frankie and Caleb became the first to HOHs. Frankie nominated Donny and Paola, and Caleb nominated Brittany and Victoria. Brittany and Victoria were victorious in the Battle of the Block, saving themselves and dethroning Frankie.

So, where it stands now: Caleb is the HOH and Donny and Paola are still on the block. Tonight: The Power of Veto comp. If one of the nominees wins, will Frankie get backdoored? We shall see! (I hope not.)

Donny's in Trouble
The Bomb Squad is scared of little old Donny. He's proven himself as a competitor. They all know he's way nice and fun to be around...that equals a threat. Devin is also skeptical of his job and what he does. Caleb thinks that Donny is ex-military based on how he pulled his boots on. These guys are so paranoid, so early in the game!

Paola felt so sorry for losing the competition for him. He got very emotional because everyone was consoling him and caring about him. He couldn't believe that they all liked him so much.

Devin on the other hand, thinks his crying is all fake and that he's only making a scene to get his sympathy. Then, Devin brings his suspicions right to Donny. He told him that he thought he was lying and that he was in the military. Donny said that he was telling the honest truth and he never was. Donny was hurt that he didn't trust him, and he felt like he had done something wrong to make him not trust him. In the DR, Devin broke down and cried and said he was going to feel really bad if Donny really is telling the truth.

Ghosts

We know that Nicole is afraid of ghosts. She made that very clear in her introduction video. She is afraid that there is a ghost in their room. She now has Christine scared as well. This is ridiculous. Christine wants to take Nicole to the end, but she can't if she's dead! LOL! Nicole thinks there's something making a noise, and the 2 girls run out of the room screaming. Nicole claimed that when she turned on the light, the door opened by itself.

Have Nots
As the first HOH, Caleb has to select the first 4 people to be Have Nots for the week. He chooses Hayden, Joey, Brittany and Cody. OK, he didn't really pick them...they volunteered! Are you kidding me? Have you people seen this show before? Maybe they are wanting to look good and take one for the team.

The Have Not room this year is basically an ice box! The room is freezing, they have to sleep on icicle beds with little blankets. Their slop is even in the form of slopcicles.

El Cuatro
The 4 girls of El Cuatro tell the other girls about the all-girl alliance. Amber actually says that she is true to the Bomb Squad and isn't so sure about El Cuatro. Are you kidding me? That was a shocker.

So, Joey thinks that Devin knows about her attempt at trying to form an all-girl alliance, so she decides to tell him about it. She also tries to get info out of him to see if there is an all-guy alliance. Shocker...he actually keeps his mouth shut and lies about it! I expected him to invite her to be in the Bomb Squad too.

POV
Caleb draws Victoria, Paola draws Zach and Donny draws Cody.

Game: Miami Lice Squad

This looks disgusting! They have to dig through some disgusting goo, soap and hair for letters. Then take the letters back to their big combs and spell words. Same rules as every season: spell the longest word correctly in the shortest amount of time.

Donny is barely moving! He was pacing himself and he didn't want to get soap in his eyes like the young kids.

Zach spelled: Warning
Cody tried to spell: Competitively...but he spelled it wrong
Caleb tried to spell: Specialized...but he couldn't find a P!
Victoria tried to spell: Pharmacist...but she couldn't find a C!
Paola tried to spell: Calculator...but couldn't find about half of the letters and ended up with nonsense (big surprise)
Donny spelled: Splitters for the WIN!!!

Wow, only 3 people out of 6 could even come up with a complete word, and only 2 of those spelled it correctly. Wow...just...wow. That's so sad! Oh well...way to go Donny!

The Bomb Squad is now out of luck. Donny was their target, so now they have to set their sights on someone else.

Joey Comes Clean
Joey comes clean to Caleb about her attempt to create an all-girl alliance, because she thought the guys were forming an all-guy alliance. She said she was sorry. Caleb said, it's OK because she came clean about it. He said it's just too early for that...of course not taking into account his own alliance, right? It's OK for him and the guys to make an alliance, but just not anyone else...OK, got it.

Veto Ceremony
Donny uses the Veto on himself (big surprise). Caleb chooses Joey as the replacement nominee. Apparently coming clean wasn't enough...she's too big of a target. Caleb didn't want to get too much blood on his hands because this is what the house seems to want.
