Big Brother, Ep. 17.10

The Plan
Vanessa has to decide whether to target James, who is on the block, or go for Jeff, which would mean that they would need to change the nominees. Vanessa decides it will be easier to go with James. Austin thinks Jeff is the bigger threat, but since Vanessa wants to go with James, he will have to go along with it.

Vanessa and Austin assure Audrey that she doesn't have anything to worry about because they want to work with her. They actually hope she gets picked for the Veto, because if she did that would be the best scenario.

Austin works on Jeff and tells him that Vanessa is trustworthy and is talking about nothing but about how to get Audrey out. Jeff says that Shelli is not good for Clay and they should think about getting her out. The more Jeff talks, the more Austin said he is digging his own grave.

Veto Player Drawing

Vanessa draws Shelli
John draws Houseguest Choice and chooses Austin
James draws Audrey

Why is it that the one person someone doesn't want to draw ends up being the one they draw? Can this thing be rigged? James said the only person he couldn't choose was Audrey because the plan was to backdoor her, and who does he pick? Yep, Audrey.

Vanessa said that they (Vanessa, Austin, and Shelli) are going to try to throw the competition to Audrey for her to win it.

POV Competition
This looks like a repeat from last season with large dice that they have to be inside and roll them. This was a really fun comp last time, so I'm looking forward to this one again!

Becky will roll a number and they have to roll their dice and land on the mat with the right number up, as they go head-to-head.

Vanessa chooses to challenge Audrey so she can throw it to her. Vanessa pretends that she can't even get the dice to roll and Audrey wins easily.

John chooses to challenge Audrey. Go John! He is killing it! He seems to have a plan and it worked! John wins and Audrey is out! There goes their plan! LOL!!

James chooses to challenge Austin ("David vs Goliath). Austin is hilarious in his dice...Meg was right, he looked like a big animal trying to get out. Austin wins and James is out.

Shelli chooses to challenge Austin. Shelli thinks it might be best for her game to not win, so she is going to let Austin win. And he did, so Shelli is out.

Final Round: John vs. Austin. Come on John!!! John is flying! In the middle of the comp, Austin thinks maybe it's in his best interest to not win. Regardless, John wins! I think he still would have won...because he's awesome. I'm so happy for him! The only bad thing for him is he is soon going to be seen as a challenge threat and people will stop using him as a pawn and come after him instead!

James couldn't be any happier that John won the Veto because that means they can go on with "the plan" to backdoor Audrey. He's not going to be so happy when he sees what they are really up to.

John's DRs kill me! He said James might want to start trying a little harder.

Vanessa told Austin that she has a really high IQ and she said he will never convince her that he didn't throw it. She saw the moves he had left and figured it out. He confessed that in the middle he got "confused" and wondered if maybe John should win it. She asked how he could be confused because their plan was solid. She was so upset at him. He said he did try to beat him and that John finished just ahead of him. He kept telling her that he wasn't lying and she just wasn't buying it. Finally, he just apologized for f******* up.

Have-Not Twist
Gronk said at the beginning of his twist that he didn't like Have-Nots and there wouldn't be any this week. So, Gronk will be calling randomly for parties, and if they didn't attend, they would be a Have-Not.

The first party was a toga party in the living room. Next was a pool party and then a shower party. The shower party was hilarious as they all tried to cram in the shower.  Then it was a New Year's Eve party (complete with the kiss at midnight). Next it was a costume party. In the middle of the night, in the kitchen...everywhere is a party. That was the saddest Conga Line ever...they were so tired!

The last part of Gronk's party twist was that someone was going to win a trip on Gronk's Party Ship for 3 days with his family.

There were 5 cups, 1 for Meg, Vanessa, Austin, James, and John (I missed why it was just those 5). At the bottom of one of the cups was a party chip for the winner. Meg was the winner.

The Plan is Discovered
Jeff talks with Vanessa and she admitted that she thinks it's best to get James out. Jeff went to Jason and Clay and said he's pretty sure Audrey isn't going up and that she is targetting James instead. Clay had to act like this was the first he was hearing of it. James joined them and Jeff said the conversation he had with Vanessa wasn't good, and it wasn't good for him. Next, Austin strolls up and Jeff asks him when Vanessa's plan switched from targetting Audrey to targetting James. Austin was like "what?" and then left. Jason said Austin was clearly lying, it was written all over his eye roll.

Jeff said Vanessa had the easiest HOH week ever with a plan to follow and she decided to throw out the plan and just wing it.

Clay told Austin that Jeff said Austin is acting weird and to be careful. Austin thinks this is perfect and he would now have a reason to catch him in a lie and a reason to put him on the block. The plan is "Operation: Expose Jeff". They will confront him and make him look bad to the other houseguests and a real reason for putting him up instead of Audrey. So, he confronts Jeff in the bathroom with Shelli and Clay. Austin asks why Jeff is throwing him under the bus and why everyone is hearing rumors that Jeff is telling everyone that Austin has to go next. He said he had no reason to do that and it was a complete lie. Austin made up a lie and said that Jeff said that they can't trust Clay until Shelli's out of the picture. Shelli ate that one up hook, line, and sinker. Jeff said this whole thing is ridiculous and insane. Austin brings Vanessa in and says he wants to know what the truth is. Vanessa swore that he said that they couldn't trust Shelli and Clay as a couple. Vanessa called him a liar and stormed out saying he just sealed his fate.

Veto Meeting
John, of course, saved himself again...way to go JohnnyMac! Vanessa, no surprise, put up Jeff instead. She said that at first he wasn't even on her radar. The events in the last couple of days have changed that and called him out for lying to the whole house at her expense and that crossed a line.
