Big Brother, Ep. 14.14

Nominated: Joe and Wil
Have-nots: Danielle, Briney, Joe, Wil

Opening notes: Frank feels like Superman. Joe feels like he's on an island by himself, as the only person to vote against Frank. Wil decided not to be a target and vote with the majority. Boogie feels on top of the world (or house). Britney is sad to see Janelle go.

This episode was loaded, and I (apparently) have a lot to say about it...this post is really long! Trust me, you will want to read all about what happened. So, here we go.

Planning is in full swing with who to put on the block this week. My thoughts matched up with Boogie's thoughts to put up Joe and Wil. Frank had another, much more risky move in mind. Put up Joe and use Dan as a pawn. Frank wants him to sweat a little since Dan wanted to back-door him. Boogie was hesitant, as he should be, with putting up a member of the Silent Six alliance, even if he is the pawn.

Frank's HOH room impresses Ian, who already thought Frank was cool. But Frank has a NASA hat, which makes him even cooler (to Ian). Wil also is on the Frank train because he used to have flowing blonde hair. Ha!

Joe confronts Ashley and Wil about them not telling him that they were going to vote for Janelle. They both basically say they were afraid of the house coming after them, and they knew if Joe was the only one to vote for Janelle that he would have a big target on him.
Boogie's brilliant plan is to pitch the angle that they should disguise their alliance by pawning a member of the Silent Six. Dan wants no part of voluntarily putting himself in that spot. I don't blame him...being the pawn is something you don't want to be.

As a pawn, you may start, but come eviction night, you'll likely depart.

An interesting conversation takes place between Boogie and Britney as they discuss Danielle. Boogie thinks that she is lying about being an elementary school teacher. If you remember back to the first episode, she said that she was not going to tell anyone that she is actually a nurse, because she thought that would make her look too smart. Again, that reminds me just how angry that made me, because she was saying how un-smart a teacher is. I don't think she said it in the show, but I read an interview where she said something like 'how smart do you have to be to play with play-dough all day long'. So disrespectful to all the teachers out there.

Back to why Boogie thinks she's lying about being a teacher. He says that he's caught her in a couple conversations talking about some medical terms, that people who are not in the medical field, would not know. Nice catch Boogie!

Next scene, we see Ashley sliding out of bed because she is having back spasms. She is absolutely pathetic! She uses the guys as crutches...ok, maybe I would have too. But did anyone notice: it seems that Ashley is drunk whenever she opens her mouth! She is constantly smiling weird when she talks and slurring her words. It's really annoying.

Next up: the first have/have not competition. If you remember, when the coaches were still coaches, they decided the have nots during the Coaches competition. Now, we go back to having competitions to determine who gets what. Because Ashley is "injured" she chooses to have Frank play to decide her fate (since he is HOH he is automatically a "have").

Can I just say: can Frank be the host of every competition? He does such a great job. Great enthusiasm and not over-the-top cheesy.

I love this type of competition, where they have big sponges on them and have to soak as much as they can while someone "squeezes" them.

Some great competition moments: Britney-"I'm a freakin' liability". Ha! Ian- "It would have been more fun to have Ashley on top of me than Frank." Frank feels like a sack of potatoes. Danielle finally gets some action from Shane. Boogie and Frank share a "bromance" moment. All in all a great competition. Team Limes comes out ahead of Team Lemons.

Haves: Boogie, Dan, Ian, Ashley. Have nots: Danielle, Britney, Joe, Wil.

Joe decides to talk to Frank, and he throws Wil under the bus, to keep it from running himself over. It didn't really work, and Frank's bus is still heading right for him.

Fun in the pool: BB gives the houseguests a basketball hoop for the pool. Within minutes it's busted, thanks to Boogie. He does a flying air Jordan into the pool! Phenomenal? Yes. Bummer...no more basketball. Loved Dan's line: "Boogie couldn't control his 42-year-old limbs". Haha! Man, this episode is loaded with goodies!

Wil's turn in the HOH room to make a case for himself. Unfortunately for him, he may have just sunk his own ship. When asked who he wanted out of the house, he wouldn't give an answer, then smirked as he said that he believes there is a large group of people working together. With that, he left, and as soon as the door latched closed both Boogie and Frank said "I didn't like that attitude at all. He's coming for us." They said he is now public enemy number one, and is no longer the pawn, but the target. Wow Wil, nice job.

Frank tells Boogie he'd still like to get Dan out this week because he doesn't trust him. Boogie tries to convince him that it is way to early to go against the alliance because no one would trust them again. Go Boogie! He is absolutely right, and if Frank knows what's good for him, he will listen to the winner of All-Stars.

Nomination time: the 2 people without keys this week are Joe and Wil. If looks could throw daggers, punches, and karate chops, Frank would be pummeled because Wil and Joe are fuming. Cue the classic cartoon steam coming out of their ears...

Great episode tonight! Hoping the noms stay the same after the veto so we don't have to worry about a possible Silent Six back-door option.
