X Factor, Ep. 3.22 & 3.23

Time for the finale-3 acts left...who's it going to be? There's only 1 winner for me and that's Carly.

Carly (Teens-Britney)
Song 1-She sings a repeat of her audition song "Feeling Good". Just as good as the first time. Flawless.

Song 2-"How Do I Live" with Leann Rimes. What happened to Leann? She sounded pretty horrible and didn't even sound recognizable on her own song. I'm wondering why Carly decided on a country song. Maybe to steal some of Tate's votes? Smart move...hope it works.

Song 3-"Hallelujah". I love this song. She looks beautiful and the whole performance was just stunning. When she got to the part where she starting hitting the high notes, it was just incredible!

Tate (Over 25s-L.A.)
Song 1-Ugh, I hate country music that's so "country". Classic Tate performamce. Good vocal; a little more exciting than his normal slow stuff, but it definitely didn't get me jumping up and down for it.

Song 2-"Pontoon" duet with Little Big Town. Now that was much more enjoyable than what he normally does! And he looked like he was having fun. Normally he's so serious. This is a much better side of him.

Song 3-Good performamce, but I thought he sounded pitchy on some of the high notes.

Fifth Harmony (Groups-Simon)
Song 1-They perform a repeat of their "Anything Can Happen" performance from last week. Ok, so the other 2 did audition songs and they do last week's? I think people only liked this performance the last time becsuse of the set and the fact that they wrren't just standing there like they usually do. It sounded fine, but I wasn't blown away. L.A. is ridiculous that he thinks that they are the ones to beat. Ha!

Song 2-They sing Demi Lovato's "Give Your Heart a Break" with Demi herself. Really good performance.

Song 3-"Let it Be". Surprising song choice for them. L.A. will point out that they sang too much of it as individuals and not in harmony. It started out very slow until they started moving down the steps. They really jazzed it up! It was done very well, but I don't think they are worth $5 million.

The Results:
3rd place: Fifth Harmony (no surprise there)
2nd place: Carly :(
Winner: Tate

Congratulations country fans. Enjoy your bland, generic, sounds-like-everyone-else country singer. Let's see if anyone knows his name in a year. My guess is, no one will. Worth $5 million? Me thinks not.
