Date #4: Becca
Becca talks about a previous on-again/off-again relationship. She said she's never been in love before, even though that relationship lasted 4 years. She said the way she feels about him was unexpected to her. She said she wants him to meet her family. Not much happened on this date...pretty boring...which is why we only saw like 2 minutes of it.
Back at the hotel, Carly is telling Whitney and Jade about the disaster of a date. Britt enters and she said just packed her bags and she thinks she might leave tomorrow. Britt said she was upset because they had just had a really great conversation and then he gave the rose to Kaitlyn instead. She didn't think the man she loved and was supposed to be with would do that. Carly asked if there was anything he could say to change her mind and she said she didn't think so. Carly wasn't buying it because in 5 minutes she will say something different. Britt said it's in the realm of possibilities that he could change her mind, but she didn't think so...which is just what Carly was talking about. Britt got really upset and left the room.
Cocktail Party
Jade is planning on dropping the bomb to Chris about her nude modeling. Britt is planning on telling Chris she is leaving. Carly and Whitney are afraid that Britt will say something to Chris and will change her mind and she will talk him into keeping her. But Chris H. drops an even bigger bomb on the girls when he says there will be no cocktail party because Chris knows what he wants to do. How many times have we seen on this show that when a girl REALLY needs to talk to Chris at a cocktail party, suddenly that specific cocktail party is canceled.
Rose Ceremony
Before Chris can get too far into his speech and hand out any roses, Britt chimes in and says she really needs to talk to him. The girls all said "I knew it!". Kaitlyn thinks she wants him to beg for her to stay and if he doesn't then she will leave.
Britt apologized for putting him on the spot the other night in front of the other girls. She realizes what she did was really inappropriate. She wanted to know if he wanted to say anything to her because she feels like she really talked a lot. He said it was hard and put him in a tough position and made him question a lot of things. He said the girls in the house have questioned her honesty and whether she was being honest with him. Her reaction to Arlington threw red flags with him. She asked if it was Carly who said it. He asked why it mattered. She said she thinks Carly has it in for her. He said Carly's reaction to Arlington was what he wants in his wife. Basically that was it, and he said he would walk her out. She said that everything she's ever told him she really meant. Once outside, she burst into uncontrollable tears. She sat on the curb and just sobbed. The girls could hear her from inside. Carly didn't feel bad for her and said she was happy to see her squirm. She said now she knows what it's like to be a normal person. Britt doesn't know why Carly would do that to her because she thought she could trust her and she thought she was her friend. Oh, if she could only see what Carly has been saying behind her back. (Side note: this is exactly why RealitySteve does not think Carly could be the next Bachelorette--she is constantly saying not so nice things about other girls (mostly Britt). She also "tattled" about Britt knowing that she (Britt) was the front runner and that this would be a way for her to make Britt look bad. Meanwhile, Britt has not bee a villain this season. She has never said anything mean about anyone else. She may have had some not so nice moments, but in the grand scheme of things, they can easily be forgotten. RealitySteve still believes Britt is the front-runner for the next Bachelorette.)
Chris said that he let Britt go because there was something missing and that he didn't know if he could trust her. He thanked the girls who spoke up and told him the truth about her.

Hometown #1: Becca - Shreveport, Louisianna
The canoe around a lake that has alligators...yikes! Chris asked when the last time she brought someone home, and she said this was the first real time. No pressure, Chris!
There are so many people in her family there to meet Chris! They all seem really nice. They were so surprised to see her with someone and holding hands, just because they've never seen that before. Her sister told Chris that she's not an intimate person and does not like to show affection in public. You could tell that her sister was really hinting towards the fact that Becca is a virgin. I don't know if Chris was picking up on that, but he definitely felt that it was kind of unusual for someone to not ever be that affectionate with anyone and he wondered if she would ever feel comfortable completely opening up to him. Her mom wasn't so sure about Becca doing the show because she's so protective of her and she's never had a serious relationship before. She was surprised to see her so affectionate with someone and that told her that this is really big.
Chris said it would be awesome to be the guy that Becca's been waiting for. Awe! That might be the sweetest thing he's ever said.
Just when you think the night is over, he said she was coming with him. He took her to the state fair and they rode the ferris wheel, just the two of them. She said that this could be the moment she looks back on as the moment she fell in love with him.
Hometown #2: Whitney - Chicago, IL
She greets him with "what do you say we go make a baby!". Rather than giving him a tour of the city, she is going to give him a tour of her life. Chris's sisters live in Chicago, so he's been in the city before. They go to the doctor's office where she works and they both put on scrubs, and then she shows him exactly how she makes a baby by putting the sperm and egg together. One of her co-workers gives him a cup and a magazine and they send him to the man room. Chris wasn't sure what to make of this. He didn't know if Whitney really wanted to test his specimen. I think he might have actually gone along with it, but she eventually cracked and said she wouldn't really do that to him. He was so relieved!
Before they go in to meet her family, Chris asks her who he would ask permission to marry her since her mom passed away and her dad was not in her life. She said it would probably be her sister. She thought it was incredibly sweet of him to ask that. Inside, he met her sister and brother-in-law, her uncle, and her grandmother. Her sister was worried about Whitney leaving her family and moving somewhere so different from what she's used to. Whitney tried to reassure her that she was serious about him and the lifestyle. She didn't want her sister to ruin things for her, because she wasn't sure what she was going to say to him when they talk. Her sister said she didn't know if she could give her blessing knowing that there were 3 other girls in the mix. Her sister said to call her when he was ready to say that Whitney was THE one. Whitney looked really upset after hearing what her sister told him. He tried to reassure her that it was still OK.
Whitney pulls out a very expensive bottle of wine that she bought and told herself that she would share with the person she knew she was going to marry. She said she wanted to share it with him, and told him that she was falling in love with him.
Hometown #3: Kaitlyn - Phoenix, AZ
She's from Canada, but her parents also have a home in Arizona. She met him in a dirty alley since their first date was to Costco. It turns out they were behind a recording studio. They are going to write and perform a rap. Oh, do we really have to hear Chris sing again? It was pretty funny watching them come up with the lyrics. They start to record, and it's so obvious that he has no rhythm whatsoever. His rapping was so choppy! Haha! It wasn't pretty, but they did it...I guess.
Chris met both her parents and both her step-parents. They commented how happy she looked and that Chris must be doing something right. She tells her mom that she really, really likes Chris and she's pretty close to feeling more than that. Her mom was just concerned about her heart because she was really broken after her last relationship.
After leaving the house, she took him somewhere else, and there was a huge digital billboard that said "Kaitlyn ♥ Chris".
Hometown #4: Jade - Gering, NE
Even though Jade lives in LA, he thinks of her as a small town girl with wholesome values. Get ready buddy, you have no idea. She doesn't get a chance to tell him before they go to meet her family. She's worried that when she tells him that it could ruin their relationship, as it has done in the past. She's worried that someone in her family will tell him before her.
He surprises her with a high school jacket from his high school...she looked very fake-excited...just the same way she did on her tour of Arlington.
Jade's dad hints at something that Chris doesn't know. Her brothers said that she might have a hard time going from LA to a 500 person town. Her brother said she's been a wild mustang as long as he's known her. He thinks someday she would be ready to settle down.
It's still hard for me to see that wild side of her as well because she's so soft-spoken, like Chris has said. But yet, I know about the kinds of photos she's taken, and that's definitely a different side of her that we aren't seeing.
So, it's FINALLY time for her to spill the beans. She's been talking about this non-stop with everyone except for Chris. He told her that her brother called her a wild mustang, and he was kind of waiting for her to explain. She finally, slowly, broke it to him that she was offered to pose for Playboy. She said she wanted to try new things and say yes to things that she would normally say no to. She was worried that it would change his opinion of her. She didn't want him to find out from anyone else and she felt like it was something he should know. She asked him if he wanted to see some of the pictures. ..and the way she said it, her voice got all high-pitched so I'm sure that some dogs were howling. Chris wasn't so sure he wanted to see them, but he said if it made her more comfortable, he would do it. He was so uncomfortable. Not only were there photos, but there was a video. I can't believe she could sit there and look at them WITH him...how uncomfortable! Clearly, as RealitySteve said, she's in this to get her name out there...why else! Yes, he deserved to know about it, but I don't think it was necessary to sample her "work". It looked like she was really fishing for compliments on her "work". He said he wants to fall in love with someone and not their career. He said he knows who she is as a person. Also...there just happens to be a laptop there with access to the Internet?! They're not allowed to have contact with the outside world, so obviously they had some help from the producers on that one to have it available in his room.
Rose Ceremony:

Going Home -- Jade
He said the only reason he's saying goodbye to her is that things are moving faster with the other girls. He said it didn't have anything to do with what she shared with him. Then he made a big no-no, where he said he didn't know if he was making the right decision or not. That doesn't make her feel any better Chris. I was a little surprised that he was as emotional as he was. It was clear that he really liked her, but I just didn't see the same chemistry with her that he has with the other girls. He was even still emotional after she left. He just sat in the lobby crying.
