JoJo's story recap: she came out of the limo wearing a unicorn head; she fell in love and so did Ben; she didn't want to be blindsided, and he promised her she wouldn't be - but, he fell in love with someone else more and she felt blindsided.
Here come the limos..."Bring on the men!"
Jordan - encouragement: his parents met and were engaged after a few months and have been married 33 years
Derek - watched her on her season; she's gorgeous and has a good sense of self and is really grounded and that's sexy to him
Grant - he won't do what Ben did last season -- he's not going to fall in love with 2 girls this season, just her
James F - he didn't come for the rose, he came for a relationship
Robby - brought bottle of wine; he referenced her mom drinking right out of the bottle last season, ha!
Alex - lots of hugs and he's nervous
Will - dropped a bunch of cards (on purpose) out of the limo; he thought he would be nervous that's why he brought the cards; he started reading them out of order for a laugh, but it fell kind of flat...womp womp
Chad - very seriously said he was excited
Daniel - very cocky
Ali - he said she was breathtaking and he was awestruck
James T - came out singing with a guitar and blew her away
Jonathan - wearing a kilt because he's half Scottish (below the waist) and half Chinese; he immediately was ridiculed by the rest of the guys for the outfit
Nick B - dressed as Santa Claus, because you know "St. Nick"; said "Jo Jo Jo" instead of "Ho Ho Ho"...oh brother; he brought her a present as well; again...the butt of a lot of jokes among the other guys
Chase - wore a fake moustache and glasses; he said "I moustache you a question, but I will shave it for later"
Jake - archictect...that's all we see
Sal - brought blue balls and if she gets stressed he gave her permission to squeeze his balls
Coley - both in real estate and he hopes that he'll be the one to take her off the market; this guy creeped me out in his bio picture, and unfortunately he's just as creepy here...he kind of licked his lips after saying his cheesy pick-up line and it was just weird and creepy
Brandon - didn't watch her season at all, so he knows nothing about her
James S - nervous
Nick S - as he grabbed her hand, he went down in a split! then got up and started dancing with her; he came here to fall for a unicorn but he didn't know it would happen so quick
Vinny - couldn't find champagne but wanted to make a toast any way
Peter - brought in a big, stuffed heart and said he wanted to give her his heart
Evan - "God bless America...how's it going girly?" ...oh my did that sound gay or what; I was hoping this guy's hair was more normal in real life, but unfortunately, it's still awful
Wells - he said she's very out of his league; he brought some friends and they came out of the limo with All 4 One who sang "I Swear"...whoa! That's a very big move...never seen anything like that before
Christian - rolls up on a motorcycle; he wants to make sure she stays happy and smiling
Luke - came in on a white horse with a horn on his head to be a unicorn; Coconut the horse wasn't having any of it and left immediately
Cocktail Party Convos
Alex was the first to grab her. He did some push-ups to impress her. She sat on his butt while he did them. They all think he looks like an idiot.
Derek thinks he is a nerd. He said he used to look like Harry Potter. He fumbled over his words a little bit, but he was cute.
Grant feels like a kid when you first like a girl and want to talk to her but can't.
She hasn't felt a natural connection yet because the guys are all so nervous. Enter Jordan. He gives her his jacket outside. He asked how her last couple months have been. He's already rubbing her back. Instant chemistry. They're already very touchy-feely. She's rubbing his hand...in his lap. She is so smitten. He wanted to kiss her but didn't, and he instantly regretted it.
Christian said all the guys want to kiss her.
Coley...Mr. Creepy. He says he has 3 nephews who have started to call him Coco. So, they could be Coco and JoJo. Eek.
She boxed with someone...not sure which guy it was.
First kiss was with Will. He did that child game with the origami folded paper where you say colors and numbers and it gives you your fortune - can't for the life of me think of the name. He said these are always true. Hers said she was about to be kissed. 100% sure they all said that. It was a sweet peck on the lips, but a little awkward. She thought he was sweet until their awkward kiss - she wasn't quite ready for that.
Jordan interrupted Will and took her outside. He wanted to do what he didn't do the last time. They had a serious makeout session, and she said "now that was a kiss". After he walked away, she looked back at him and said "His butt! His butt! I've got to start doing squats." CLEARLY the frontrunner, wouldn't you say.
It's at this point that I will point out that I am loving some of these guys ITMs! Very funny guys! Chad especially...loving his humor.
Oh look, All 4 One is still there for Wells. He said this happens all the time for him.
Chad says he's ready to take the next step. She loved his soft and vulnerable side. He loves that she is sure of herself. He thinks he's the manlier, more rugged version of Ben.
Daniel - from Canada. He wondered if she got the joke that he said when he got out of the limo. She had to be reminded of what he said. He said "Damn...JoJo". I remembered him saying that, but I didn't really get it and she didn't either. As soon as he asked her if she had seen the viral video, I knew exactly what he was referring to. It was the kid who said that repeatedly in a very gay voice to his friend who was sort of modeling clothes. He says in the video "Damn...Daniel". So, his name is Daniel and he flipped it around and used her name. If you have to explain the joke...it didn't work, buddy. He asked her if she has not followed the Internet in the last couple months. Well, I'd say she's probably been kind of busy...and you could be just a tad less condescending, don't you think? This guy has a real 'tude and it's a real turnoff.
Lots of drinking going on...not going to end well. Alex wonders how long until someone jumps in the pool. Daniel says he's had a ton of drinks and he's not really a drinker. He weirdly pokes Evan in the belly button. Evan says "you can't poke me in the belly button". He wondered if that was a Canadian thing, and he just said it was a "weird thing". Evan immediately relayed the story to just about every guy and they were all creeped out.
Next, Daniel started taking his clothes off...and he's wasted. He was wearing a little speedo and into the pool he went. Someone said "Damn...Daniel." LOL! Evan said, it was the guy who "poked me in the freakin' belly button."
JoJo was doing an interview and Nick S just kind of barges in and pushes her off her chair a little bit to sit down with her. Next thing you know, Nick is leaving, and in comes Vinny. Vinny told her that she will never have to beg for his love on the bathroom floor (like she did with Ben). She has no idea what just happened and she feels exhausted by all the hammered guys.
JoJo hopes that they get their act together because she doesn't want to deal with this.
Ali starts playing the piano for JoJo. He's really good!
She sat on St. Nick's lap, who is still in full beard. She said it should have been weird, but it wasn't. Um...yes it was. She didn't want him to take the beard off.
James T said his younger brother just got married, so the pressure is on. He couldn't stop complimenting her. He's got a lot of southern charm.
Luke brought her some boots.
First Impression Rose: Jordan
Was there really any doubt who this was going to go to? A couple guys made it a little closer than things started, but she clearly had the most instant connection with Jordan. She told him that she has been thinking about him all night. She is really excited about him and she is very comfortable with him. She didn't think she would kiss anyone on the first night, but she's glad she did.
Chad thinks that Jordan is not here for the right reasons. He hopes that she finds that out.
Rose Ceremony:
An unexpected guest arrives and disrupts the Rose Ceremony before it really gets started. It is none other than Jake Pavelka. He walks in and wonders if he can talk to her for a minute. Some of the guys recognize him and they are really hoping he's not staying. JoJo said he is a close family friend, and he's like a brother. He said before she does this, he wanted to talk to her first. He said "I want love...for you". He thinks it's in that room. He said he thinks she has some good guys in there and she said she's just going to go with her guts. He told her to stay open and not zero in on anyone too early.
